great machine works very well
HD definitely heavy duty!
Sews through thick denim with no problem.
worst customer service ever.
never got correct merchandise. Talked with someone every day. They assured me my order was on the way. Never recieved. walmart refunded my money after 6 weeks of trying to get my order.
Lever jammed, cannot switch stiches.
The lower lever is jammed and I cannot switch the stiches. As it is a new machine, I am very disappointed.
Only used a couple of weeks. Sews very smoothly and thru thick material. I really like it so far.
So far so good. Nice machine. Tackles denim which is what I got it for mainly. Thanks!
Don't Bother
Terrible....And sounds like a truck Black color absorb light, need excellent vision like young eyes...

I absolutely LOVE this machine! For me, this is an upgrade from the Janome HD1000BE. I highly recommend for all sewists - from beginner to expert.
