There’s lot to love about this machine . I haven’t tried all the features and probably never will use a lot of them. But more than happy with the ones I have used so far.

The day I've received my singer 6690 was a very happy day after waiting for some time to be able to purchase it. it worth the price and the wait . Arrived in time with a very good packaging, the machine itself is wonderful, so quite and full of different stitches and patterns, easy to use I'm so happy with my purchase

Unfortunately the machine stopped working properly less than 2 weeks after I received it. I was extremely disappointed as I had not bought as expensive machine before and had spent time researching what machine best met what I was looking for. The 9960 looked fantastic and initially I was very pleased with it. However I wasn’t impressed with the process of getting support when it developed the fault. Has totally knocked my confidence in Singer machines. Currently chasing for a refund having returned the machine to them. Not replying to emails.

Great basic features and lots more to learn

I'm still learning its features, it has many. I fell in love with the bright work lights, extended table, needle threader and thread cutter right away. Now I'm venturing out from wovens to knits and learning some utility and specialty stitches. It's fun, and I'm creating wonderful clothes and also sewing for charitable causes.

Great Machine with Features Only Seen on Higher Priced Models

I have had this machine for two years. This machine is a powerhouse and real workhorse. The features are easy to understand and use, and even a novice can easily learn. Most of the features are only seen on higher priced machines. The hard case that comes with the machine keeps it safe for transport, and keeps the manual and foot pedal safely stored with the machine.

Great Quantum 9960 Sewing Machine

I was looking to upgrade from my HD Singer and this was it. I love this Quantum Stylist. I use it almost every night for projects to take to craft fairs, quilts, gifts. It does SO many things. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Don’t waste your money.

I bought my Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 from Costco about 3 years ago. I have been sewing since I was a teenager and now in my 60’s. This is an absolute waste of money. It has consistently been problematic. It is very temperamental with threading, no stitching, breaking thread etc etc. A total waste of $750 plus no technicians in Vancouver who I could refer to. Total garbage. I will be buying something else because I have a lot of projects that have been left aside for a while. I will never buy Singer.

This a wonderful machine! So easy to use. It is simple to set up. Sews wonderfully. A great beginner sewing machine. I love it.

Bought a Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 from the outlet for my wife as a step up from her previous machine. It’s an amazing piece of kit! So many functions on it. Button holes are a piece of cake for her now! Easy to use, quick, well designed, she loves it and you couldn’t ask for more from a sewing machine. It should keep her going for some years.

Better than Great!

I bought this machine about a month ago, and I already had a really good high-end machine that still worked at 45 yrs old, but I wanted some bells and whistles. Well, I got that and more. This Singer Quantum is a dream machine, I LOVE it and use it all the time. It does great stuff, has turned me back into a seamstress, and my old beloved "high end' machine sits in the closet. Time to move on. You won't regret it.

Love this machine!

I began learning foundation paper piecing and this machine with its built in thread cutter, large deck, and ease of use, saved me so much time, and provided less thread wastage. Definitely a game changer!! I am excited about the ability to stitch letters and the wide variety of stitches available. Thanks, Singer!

Decided to update my machine from a Singer Confidence 7463 and I couldn’t be happier. The new machine has all the features I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. It’s going to take a little while to explore all the features, but I’m going to enjoy finding out. Wonderful service from the Singer Outlet, clear communication and very speedy delivery.

In love with my Quantum Stylist. I altered a dress with it first, it sailed over an incredibly light weight lining and executed a beautiful blind hem stitch. It has so many accessories in the box, the only additional thing I brought was an invisible zipper foot.

nice sewing machine! it was the 2022/2023 Consumer Reports best sewing machine for the money they tested. Prices at Walmart are less than Consumer Reports had listed. FYI.

I just got my new machine yesterday. At first I was extremely confused and I watched a few tutorials online and I’m in LOVE with it. So so so impressed and the iron is amazing too. I initially thought they forgot to package my accessories but there’s an amazing storage unit within the sewing table I love how compact everything is and the stitch options are great! Very impressed and would defo but if you’re a beginner - advanced!

Does every thing I would want a machine to do.

I bought one 6 months ago and thinking of getting another just like the 9960. I have two sewing places in my house with another machine I would not have to carry it from one place to another. 9960 is. great machine.

Love this Singer Quantum sewing machine...it does everything and then some with ease and runs so smooth. This machine replaced my earlier Singer Quantum which I still have and that still runs like new. I have always had Singer machines and love them...would never change! Great buy at a great price!
