Very noisey, clicks all the time

Quiet operating.

We ordered it online and it was delivered in two days. It is quiet and cools a fairly big room very efficiently.

Not a lot of options for casement ac. I used a portable unit before but thought this would be an upgrade. At least it doesn't take floorspace. It's loud. Don't expect to use it in a quiet environment like an office or bedroom. ac doesn't cycle enough. It just blows air and the fans most of the time. The only way to get it to turn on the ac regularly is to power it off. Power it back on and turn off the energy save mode and put it on cool. That works for a short while. Auto doesn't work.

Antarctica Kind of Cold!

Great value for the money; I got the 10k BTU unit and it really cools the room quickly. My only complaint is that it is VERY loud and that is why I only give it 4 stars. Otherwise I’m happy with the performance.

Very powerful with a full compliment of settings. Only downside is that it's a bit loud. Still a great a/c!

Not happy

My air conditioner has not been installed, they canceled first appointment supposed to come today, tried to call but haven’t heard from anyone

Good Air Conditioner

We used this pretty constantly last year in a 350 sq.ft. area. It was very hot here last summer, and it never had any difficulty keeping up. In fact we really never needed it on high. We just reinstalled it, and hopefully it will last for many more years.

This air conditioner works well enough, but after two months of use, the front panel display stopped working, which give me no confidence in its long-term performance.

my central air broke and I can't afford to replace it this year. I bought this and it cools 4 rooms when I keep it on high. The part of the house I use. It's a little pricey as the casement air conditioners are but it does the job.

Excellent solutioin for a sliding window. (I had formerly had an air conditioner that was situated on the floor with a large hose up to the window.) This is a much better solution. I bought a separate exterior mounting bracket for stability. My only complaint is that it runs a bit loud - the lowest fan setting is quite robust and a bit noisy.

I installed this window air conditioner in a 400 square-foot motorhome window, I decided to get a window air instead of a portable because it’s cheaper to run this air conditioner works perfect and cools off my area and today it was 98° and beautifully cool inside

Damaged, not replaced in a timy manner

[Rewarded Review] It was what i was looking for.

Needed an AC unit to fit an attractive, yet impractical horizontally opening window. The installation required a little adaptation, as the installation needed about another two feet vertically to closer of the window. Not a huge deal, except they are no out of the box solutions. I filled the gap with one inch insulating form project board, painted to camouflage it. It cools a relatively small room nicely, and that what we needed. Mentions of minor handling imperfections (dents and bent stuff) in other reviews are real, but not terribly blatant on the unit i received.
