I had to return this product because it really does to be recessed. It says wall mounted on the description so I thought it would work up against the wall. It does not.

Used this for the first time, and the bathroom was toasty warm by the time I got out of the shower. It’s a small but powerful heater!

Great...until it stopped working

We had this heater professionally installed and it worked great for about 1 month. Then completely stopped working. What a waste! I expected more from this company. Look elsewhere if you value quality and longevity. Now we are out money for the product and installation costs

The unit was installed inside my insulated pole barn living area bathroom. It is approximately 90 square foot and insulated on all 4 walls, one of which is an exterior wall, temperatures were -5 below this past weekend and the unit would not get that area above 21 degrees after falling through the night. Had to run out to the barn and hook up another milk-house heater in order to get the temperature back up.

This unit is very quiet and efficient.

I purchased the incorrect fan, 200 W instead of 110 after cutting a hole in the wall to accept the fan. Unfortunately, my contractor had been unable to get to the task until a few days after the 30 day return policy. It seems as though Wayfair has absolutely no flexibility in their return policy. Literally, I was 6 days late in trying to return the fam. I bought a second one, that will be my last wayfair purchase....buy local I say!!!

Happy with purchase. They work well and are quiet as advertised. There was a delay on one of them but that was due to difficulties in transport because of flooding in BC and Wayfair was very quick to respond and offer a replacement. All ended well when the second one turned up. Very satisfied. Wayfair always comes through!

I did a lot of research on the internet and the product presented several advantages such as size, power and squirrel cage fan. A product that works very well quiet it replaces a convection heater that was constantly working. The PAW now operates from time to time. Lots of heat in this little box. Very satisfied.

Great for basement or anywhere you don't want heater on floor. Selectable wattage to save energy.
