[Rewarded Review] Awesome, nice way to make ice coffee!

I started using this a few weeks ago. It is so nice to have an easy way to make a large amount of ice coffee! Fits conveniently in the fridge and is a high quality product. My only issue is some coffee ‘silt’ seems to gather at the bottom through the filter, but could be because it was ground a tad too fine. But the way the bottom is made it will hold it and keep it from going into your coffee cup pretty well! Still figuring out the right brewing time/temp- fridge vs counter etc etc.

I received this cold brew maker as a wedding shower gift. While I love it conceptually, I didn’t realize that it made “concentrate”. I started using 1 and 1/3 cups of coffee grounds per batch to allow for 1:1 ratio blending instead of 1:4 as recommended. This is working well and a lot easier to figure out in the busy morning. Can’t speak to the longevity of the quality but seems really nice overall. Sleek, effective and seems high quality.

Great product. I have used it for yeas and I love it. I moved and needed to purchase a new one. I never received it. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and I still have yet to receive anything. Very bad customer service. I would just buy the product from the store and save yourself the hassle of this website and their service. I will never be buying an appliance off this website again.

Simple to use, clean, and keep in the fridge. We love this product and we are huge cold brew enthusiasts. We've used many different forms of cold brew systems before and this one is the easiest and most cost effective by far. I wish I got this sooner!

Fridge flooded with coffee

38 Oz Cold Brew Coffee Maker flooded my brand new fridge with coffee. I opened a support case—did not hear from a soul. I created an official review—nothing. About to post on Facebook. This is ridiculous. I should be offered a replacement. Do not buy!!!

Why oh why is it leaking so bad? :(

I want to love it so much and I did for a couple of months of cold brew joy followed by coffee being spilled all over my fridge. Have just contacted support and hoping for a response because c'mon! This could be so perfect if it did not leak coffee all over my fridge.

Expensive, but high quality construction that produces excellent cold brew coffee. Recommend not removing the drain at the bottom of the glass water reservoir as it may cause leakage.

I wanted to love this since I love cold brew and KitchenAid….but I feel like it’s not really worth the price tag. You need almost an entire bag of coffee to brew and it doesn’t make a very large batch.

I love cold brew coffee and thus wanting to try this coffee maker, I cant fully review this product however because the hose was cracked and leaked coffee all over my counter the first time I tried to use it. I gave it 3 stars because I tried contacting the company twice and I never received a reply. I need a new hose before I can try it again.

Bought as a gift for my husband. We love it. Very easy to use and clean up is a breeze. The serving spout works well but we save on fridge space by using glass bottles to store the coffee concentrate. So tasty!

This is well designed, simple and easy to use. It’s made of mostly glass, has a base surface that captures sediment to keep it out of your drink, and has a great coffee filter that tips to drain using the lid. Great product overall.

The cold brew maker is very simple and takes minimal space in the fridge. My favorite feature is the valve system and how easy every thing is to clean. Best purchase I’ve bought in a long time. Honestly can’t say enough it’s saved me so much money.

We absolutely LOVE our cold brew coffee maker!!! We used to have the smaller size but everyone loved it so much we were always running out of ice coffee and had to upgrade to the larger size! It is so perfect and extremely easy to use, just fill the inside filter basket with your favorite ground coffee, then fill basket with water, set in the refrigerator (I usually leave it overnight from about 5pm - 8am), and it's DONE! Remove the filter basket and set back in frig and it's ready to serve up! YUM!

We bought the 38 ounce size because we already have the 28 ounce size and love it, but wanted more quantity. However it is perhaps too large. It takes much longer to pour the water in, because the larger basket for the coffee slows down the initial filtration rate. And the the batch itself, when made, was more than we could finish before it semed stale.

This is a great machine. My daughter used to three times and she enjoyed having fresh iced coffee.

Bought this for my wife’s birthday who loves cold coffee. Super convenient for her coffee times. Was really strong if you follow the directions and don’t like a strong brew. She adapted the ground coffee amount to suit her taste and now fits her taste perfectly. Easy to clean and works great.
