Won’t turn on

Stopped working a year later. Won’t turn on at all. Very disappointed because I really loved the machine but I can justify buying a new machine every year.

This espresso machine is awesome. Makes Lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, espressos, and coffee and in one machine. Froths the milk itself and adds a shot of espresso. Everything is awesome but the capsules. It needs a special capsule for use but with online ease, it's not a big problem. Would of gave it 5 stars but special capsule for some could be a problem.

I have a Keurig and Ninja coffee maker. They both give ok coffee results. This is great coffee and so easy to use. I dont need a separate frother for my milk. It also makes great espresso or lungo.

Perfect macchiato every time

I've had it for almost a month and so far I love it! Super easy to clean. All you have to do is rinse off the frother cap and clean the mug itself. Been making a macchiato for myself every morning and it's just as good as an $8 one at a nice coffee shop. The only downside so far is that since it's made directly in that glass mug, sometimes it gets cold if you don't drink it fast enough since the mug isn't insulated. I mean, I could easily just pour it in to another mug but the froth won't be as nice looking! First-world problems...

This product is the best ever! Coffee is HOT and so stress free to prepare! You do not need to spend 1000's on a fancy one this does it all Also makes LAVAZZA coffee - just need the pods The GOLD LAVAZZA PODS that are NON EXPERT also work very well I have them and makes the coffee perfect If you love lattes save your Starbucks money and invest in this - I save 20 $ a day on this ! A must have

The perfect little espresso machine!

I just received my Classy Plus machine last week and it met all my expectations and then some! If you’re like me and the complexity and size of traditional espresso machines don’t appeal to you, or work for your space, this is the machine for you. It’s compact, simple to use and produces a delicious, piping hot espresso. The ability to brew a milk based drink in one mug that you can use as your drinking glass is genius. It even comes with a sip lid. I’ve yet to find this feature with any other machine out there. Besides the cool features, this machine seems well built, sturdy and made to last. It’s also stunning and looks great in my kitchen. If you’re contemplating a purchasing a Classy Plus machine, I highly recommend it!

Classy Plus is a game changer! More stars needed!

I am sipping my first macchiato made with my brand new Classy Plus. I cannot say enough good things about this machine! First, it is beautiful, and the fit and finish is top of the line. I had doubts as to whether or not I would like the glass mug that holds the frother, but it is a pleasure to handle and drink from. Every part of the machine suggests that an extensive amount of thought and engineering went into this product, with a far more attention to aesthetics than any other machine even close to it's price range. It was simple to get going; just wash the water reservoir, fill with your brewing water, and run two 8-oz. cycles through the machine with no coffee pod inserted. Took about 3 minutes total. I also washed the mug and frother attachment before using, as recommended in the manual. Before I purchased this machine, I wondered if it would heat the milk as well as froth it...and it does. The pump is engaged and steam is introduced into the milk as the frother swirls it. Genius, I think! I don't know of any other machine that manages to accomplish that!
