Don't buy

Horrible. The finish tarnished in weeks with normal use. I cleaned it several different ways as suggested by customer service with no improvement. They did refund me and sent me a new one..but the same thing happened. Not worth it. Now I have to replumb and open the walls to put in a standard valve body, as this fixture requires a nonstandard one. So horrible. A nightmare. Don't buy it!

I recently built a new custom home and went with Miseno fixtures in 3 showers, 1 free-standing tub, and 6 lavatories. It is a little known brand, but the quality is high and has the designer look that this house required. Miseno also has a lifetime warranty and is a house brand of Ferguson/Build Network. The house has been finished a year now and I am loving the look and function of Miseno in the baths.

Great look but poor mixing valve

Looks sleek and modern, but the mixing valve is a joke. You get either cold or burning water. Past the first few months, water temperature becomes very hard to adjust and the handle is very difficult to move. Looking at having it replaced, but not sure it's possible. Planning to contact Miseno...

Miseno shower valve

This chrome valve looks so beautiful in our shower. It is easy to use and easy to clean and adds sparkle to the grey and white marble tile.

High Quality!

I am an interior designer, and have ordered a lot of Miseno plumbing products over the years, and have been very pleased with the quality, as have my clients. This product is no exception. It is solid, well made, and beautiful.

Smooth

I love the feel of the handle movement. It feels very solid. Ideally I would have liked a bit more range of movement--my handle only moves between about 11 o'clock and about 5 o'clock. Dunno if that is design of unit or because of a setting my plumber chose. So really, no sustantive complaints. I'm happy with it.

Sleek and affordable.

We remodel dozens of bathrooms each year and use Miseno more and more often. The quality is evident and you cannot beat the price. All around winner!

I love the look of this and the way it works. I used a similar looking but more expensive brand in another renovation. I think this is probably a touch superior. feels and looks like like top quality and operates perfectly.
