Installation instructions

As a non plumber it would have been nice to receive installation instructions. Manufacture website stated that product included instructions. It did not and I never heard back from this company after I asked for them.

Might Need Help with Finish Choice.

Took a little conversation to figure out the finish I needed. Name doesn't match what you think it is.

HD was the only place I could find a Grohe stainless pull-out kitchen sprayer. It is quality and matches perfectly. Online ordering was a breeze and was delivered quickly. 5 ?? for HD!

NICE WHEN IT WORKS

This the fourth sprayer head I have replaced since 2016. Each one of them has failed for the same reason. The button that changes the water from stream to spray stops working. There are no replaceable parts so the whole spray head has to be replaced. It is nice while it is working. Although it is expensive to replace the sprayer head, replacing the spray head costs less than replacing the whole faucet.

UNACEPTABLE

All I needed was the diaghram button at the rear of the nozzle but Grohe no longer makes these things. That meant that I had to buy the entire head nozzle with a difference of 20$ to 170$

not worth the money

No instructions come with the replacement head therefore I had no idea how the inserts were supposed to be put in the sprayer head. These items should have already been put in the sprayer head especially since it cost over $160 and didn't come with instructions. Now my spray is unusable since the pieces popped off when I was trying to figure out the inserts. Can't use the item and had to buy one at another store

Not impressed

This faucet provides half the volume and pressure of my old one that I replaced. Not sure if there is a water saving device inside it or not. Quite unimpressed for the high cost.

Clean and simple

Love the weight and size of this sprayer head. The spray feature send water to the far corners of the sink. Perfection!
