It works great (if you don't use it)

Bought this 3-4 years ago. Constantly have to order new parts as they don't last more than one use. Used the rotissierie 3 times before it crapped out. Back burner ignitor has never worked, same with the push button ignitor.

Serious Grill

Bought the Prestige Pro 665 recently and am completely pleased with my purchase. I originally was looking at the 500 but decided that it was too small. This grill is about the right size for my family.

As a Professional cook i recommend this grill .

Jut bought the 665 Prestige Pro online without seeing it in person ..Love this grill , it came completely assembled except for the two side shelves, its appearance is nothing short of high class , its built like a tank and very heavy and well made from top to bottom .

Flares up.

Features are very good. The flare ups along with the pull out grease tray are not I would expect from a grill with this type of price point.

Knobs faulty

I give you 4 star because one of the knobs cracked after a month. I hope it doest happen to the rest of the knobs.

Missing Functionality

I bought The PrestigePro 665 3 months ago and its dissappointing to see that there are accessories that are made for the smaller version 500 but not fot 665. The driptray liners and also the cast iron flat plate. why?

BEST GRILL EVER!!

I have this Napoleon PRO665RSIBNSS-3 grill and absolutely love it. This thing is amazing! Infrared side sear burner seals in moisture on steaks. Infrared rear burner turns out multiple rotisserie chickens at once. This thing is so large and powerful that we have even rotisserie a 16 LB turkey w/o any problems. The smoke try adds a little smile flavor to your food. Homemade grilled pizza have been the hit of many parties using pizza stones. Yes multiple pizza stones. This model is so large it will fit 2 - 16" stones at once. I don't have the griddle hack yet but the wife just told me to order it. It's a good day. This grill doesn't disappoint.

Poor sturdiness of rubber tabs

I bought this beautiful grill (Prestige Pro, the large size) less than three months ago and the rubber grill gate stopper (small tabs that keep grill box and the cover from touching) fell off on both ends. I called Napoleon 5 or six times in the past 6 weeks. Worst customer service for such a high end product. They told me they shipped the replacement parts more than three weeks ago. I still don't have them, or any communication from Napoleon to confirm shipment. I still don't want to use the grill without those tabs.

Dissatisfied customer for the product and support

Purchased the Prestige Pro 665 1 year ago and despite following the FAQ the grill is generating burns/fires and yellow flames once the meat hits the grill. Despite cleaning it fully and ensuring everything is set correctly the same thing has recurred resulting in burnt meats rendering the cooking process useless. I’ve reached out to customer support and left my number and despite a guarantee that someone would contact me within 48 hours it’s been about 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. Poor quality and poor support.

A Happy Customer

This grill is everything I was hoping it would be. I love the easy start and the lit knobs which make it very clear when a burner is active. The burners give out a lot of heat and do so uniformly. Everything fit together nicely, and it looks very nice. It was shipped mostly assembled, so final assembly was quick and easy. The two large wheels actually have softer rubber wheels, so it does not get blown around on my composite deck. The unit did arrive with one broken door hinge, but I immediately submitted a warranty claim online with a picture of the broken hinge and got the replacement hinge with no questions asked within a few days, so they stand behind their product.

100% recommend this grill!

LOVE it! Had my last Napoleon for 22 years and still looks new but it was time to get a bigger grill with 4 grandsons, my son, son-in-law and nephews. The 665 claims it can cook 41 burgers so I am sure I will be testing that eventually. The build quality is amazing, the lights are awesome! Every barbecue should have the interior lights. So Good! The sizzle burner is fantastic.

Napoleon grill

This is our second Napoleon grill. First one lasted 15 years. We love the grill and this new grill has lights inside and the knobs light up. Cool feature for nighttime grilling.

ZERO customer service

Motion sensor lighting stays on 24/7. I've called and emailed Napoleon 10 times in the last month. On hold for hours, no response to email. Left 6 callback messages. Submitted Warranty claims, no reply. Is there no customer service people at all? Disappointed that a $3500 grill is defective and the company won't even reply to Case # 01990068

Cannot reach customer service

I purchased th Prestige Pro 665 2 weeks ago. Upon assembly, there was 1 door hinge that was broken and the sear station track to accept the drip tray was missing so I cannot insert the drip tray for the sear station which makes it useless because grease will drip onto to patio pavers and ruin them. The paperwork that came with the grill said to call 1-866-820-8686 which I did. The 1st time I called, I was on hold for an hour. Then an automated message said to press 1 and I would receive a call back within 48 hours which never happened. 3 days later I called again and waited 2.5 hours with nobody ever picking up the phone. I would like to return this grill and get a refund so I can purchase from a different company that you can actually communicate with.
