the box arrive damage and there is a little dent
When the grill arrived I started to put it together and discovered many dents in the grill. Other than that it works fine
Let your wife put it together! I read where people said the instructions were sketchy. I put it together slowly and methodically and it took me 1 hour. Great looking grill. Bought fresh sirloins for this evening. Great buy.
Surprise BDay present for our son! He was very happy and mentioned instruction was easy to follow. Happy with the purchase.
Temperature Gauge Doesn’t Work
Grill gets hot but temp gauge doesn’t go over 250. The real temp is much hotter than that. Very frustrating
Grill works great. However the temperature gauge on the lid is no where near accurate. Very frustrating!

Clear and easy assembly. Quickly heats and glad to be grilling outdoors again.
We bought this grill to replaced our old one. The grill arrived with some minor scratches and dent, but luckily they were in areas that weren’t visible. The grill works great and it was easy to assemble. We converted this to a natural gas grill. It was a little hard in the beginning to start the grill because the flames aren’t that visible in daylight but that’s probably because of the regulator. Everything else is perfect.
Excellent BBQ. The Searing side burner is a great feature!

Damaged product
Item was damaged upon delivery.
Most disappointing is that I was looking at this grill and a similar one and was told by chat agent this one included a free cover. Nope. And Wayfair said there was nothing they could do. Now for my comments about the grill. 1. Without disparaging the handicapped the directions might as well have been in braille. I am VERY handy at diy projects but this was something else. It would have been maybe as easy to assemble the international space station. Only fault with the product, the front stainless steel doors were/are crooked and only 1 attaches to the magnet. Thank you for listening to me.
Really good product
Thermometer is Wrong, or This Thing Sucks!
I just fired the thing up about an hour ago - 4 of 5 burners on high. It's reading 310°, too cold to warm a steak, let alone cook one.
A beautiful perfect grill in our backyard. Ilove the stainless steel. It need to be assembled though with Angi.
Heavier than I expected. Straight forward directions, quick assembly. Very handsome. Grates need curing prior to use. I happily recommend this product.
