Good not great can break after 1 year.

Was great until it started having constant issues. No additional warranty then you’re out of luck. They won’t help you fix it just offer a discount on a new product. Love Ninja but dissatisfied with this purchase.

Cold coffee

I normally love Ninja products but I hate cold coffee. My first cup has to be reheated after 5 min. For the price, it’s terrible! Do not recommend!

Ninja Coffee/Espresso

Although it is refurbished it is working very well for me. I was able to get it a bit cheaper than a brand new one. 😊 Praying it ladys a long tome.

Worst machine

Do not purchase!! Received as a Xmas gift last year. Loved it for the first few months… end of May 2024 had to return as the pods stopped being punctured and only brewed hot water. The replacement machine is now doing the same thing and I will be returning, yet again. I’ve had 3 different Ninja coffee machines prior to this and after this will never get another Ninja coffee product.

Don't waste your money

The concept and idea of the machine is great but the quality and reliability of the machine is far from great. Purchased this unit about a year and a half ago. Recently, the pods were no longer brewing properly. I utilized Ninja's troubleshooting guide but ended up contacting the Ninja Customer Service team to better solve the machine malfunction. They recommended a replacement part that I wasn't even part of the system malfunction. After trying the replacement part, I called Ninja support again. I was basically told I had no other options but that they could send a replacement machine at my expense. Why would I want to buy another machine that clearly is not built to last? Do no recommend.

Add water error issue

When I bought this machine it was great at the beginning but after 3 months the espresso side would give me an error every time I would use it, the water container would be full and it would say Add water. So I went to exchange it and the first use of the new machine I get the same error message so I don't recommend. I got the same error on 2 different machines.

Not good

I had the machine for last than a month and then I started having issues with the espresso side. All the time the machine was asking to add water even with the water compartment full. I noticed that the holes in the pods was too small, it was taking more than a minute to brew the coffee and was also leaking underneath the machine.

Do not buy!!

Do not buy! Bought this in Jan of 2024 and by Nov 2024 the espresso side stopped working (which is the main reason I bought this for). Highly disappointed. It also leaks water from underneath because the pods aren’t being punctured and the water has no where else to go.

Ninja makes the best products the coffee makers make amazing coffee unlike any other coffee machines I've used Keurig Hamilton Beach Etc I've used many and none compare

Ok so Starbucks who?! Literally didn’t even know this espresso machine option was like the nespresso brand. Love that it has a standard coffee carafe for when we have guests over and need a big pot. I’m living my barista fantasy!!!

Garbage

Garbage. I bought this for my wife as a XMAS present. Was fine for a month or two until the unit started leaking espresso underneath the base. Standing espresso does not play well with granite countertops and white cabinets!! Let's see if Ninja will step up and refund me. I hope this has not happened to anyone else!!

Hello, bought it one year ago, in September 2023, exactly one year pass Nespresso capsules unit stop working, just doesn’t punch coffee capsule anymore. Called to customer service, unfortunately they can not do anything because warranty is over . But offer me 30% discount for same model. Do you think I really gonna buy it ? Just to use one year ? It is like Every year I gonna buy coffee maker like 180 $

I bought this coffee maker 2 weeks ago and I’m very happy with it. Makes a great cup of coffee and the single water reservoir is very convenient!

Bad Design for Espresso Pods

Bought it a week ago. There is a problem with the espresso pods, they keep falling right through or they get jammed in there when you try to quickly "catch" them as they fall with the lever. I have to take the bin and cup holder out, slide one hand under and put my finger in the bottom to hold the pod, then use my other hand to work the lever and get the pod in place, like I'm operating a complicated Jim Henson muppet in a feature film. At 4am I am in no mood to work a muppet. Therefore I do not recommend you buy this product unless you like muppets and/or puppetry in general.
