Too many issues. Not worth the trouble.

This toilet was nowhere Whitworth the cost and trouble. It’s constantly running due to the leak. The second seat doesn’t come up like it’s supposed to. When I call and try and get help they give you the runaround. We had to have an electrician and plumber both come out multiple times. Wish we never would’ve bought this. Not worth it at all, most expensive piece crap, we’ve ever purchased

Floor mount configuration

I got the toilet but I didn’t know if needed a special toilet floor mount kit and I can’t find one anywhere

Horrible after sales service

There obviously are a lot of circuits and switches that eventually will break. A tiny connector broke and instead of just sending me a 10 cent piece of plastic, they wanted $600 for a whole new seat! Ridiculous! Horrible company. Stay away.

Great Looking Toilet/Seat Seems Cheap

Beautiful toilet - if you can say something like that about a commode. Didn't give if the 5 stars, because the seat is plastic and not what I would have expected to come with a toilet in this price range.

Very Happy with Toilet

Bought three months ago, professionally installed. Height of toilet is perfect ("comfort height"), flushes perfectly and quietly, much easier to keep clean than previous toilet. No issues of any kind, so far.

A breeze to clean

We bought this toilet because of its sleek design. We remodeled our bathroom with a modern look. While this has given us no problems I am very pleased at how easy it us to clean. No more under the rim and back breaking reaching as with standard toilets. That is it's best feature. Takes seconds to clean! Love it.

nice size while not being too deep. wish I didn't have to hold the flush down for a couple seconds but oh well.

Seat does not fit

Just had it installed and naturally, the last part to go in is the toilet seat. Take a look at these pics. Worst part -- try and find the correct toilet seat to go on this model.

Ove quality control bad; customer service worse

I bought two of these Ove Beverly toilets. Both were missing parts. The insert told me to contact them, not Home Depot, if I had any problems, but to get the parts I already paid for I had to fill out a list of questions.

Bought 2, one great and one terrible!

Got 2 toilets,same time.1st one working perfectly.Plastic seat flimsy & scratches but love soft close. 2nd toilet installed 2 weeks ago, very little water in toilet. Poop sticks to the sides and will not flush. The inside tank both have same water lines.

OVE Decors BEVERLY Dual Flush Elongated 2-Piece

We had purchased this same product a few years ago when re-doing our master bathroom. We purchased it for its appearance and style as well as the fact that it had Dual Flush and would save water. We are now planning to re-do our Second Bath and Half Bath and thus have purchased two more. On the appearance and style aspects of our choice we appreciated the sleek and simple appearance with closed in bottom area that would be easy to keep clean. Further our plumbing water supply line would be concealed by the base and also keep things looking neat and clean.

Soft Close, closes hard

We bought our Ove about 3 years ago. It has performed flawlessly as a toilet. Our only complaint has been with the seat that was marvelous at first, then within a month the soft close on the seat died and it began to close hard. I have not found a solution or replacement so we just tolerate and occasional SLAMMING.

I just bought a house with 3 of these toilets. They look great until you sit. The seat slides sideways and back and forth. A nightmare!

Love the look! Wish there were a better seat. Mine has two problems: 1 it won't stay tight 2) the lid is of poor design and is not easy to clean.

Attractive, streamlined toilet. Deducted one star because professional plumbers had a bit of a challenge installing. Our situation required extra parts to properly set the toilet.
