This heater is awesome! It was supposed to be for decoration but upon using the heater, it works better than our other space heater. It has 5 fixed levels of heat. We have only used the highest setting (level 5) when we received it. The area of the house got pretty warm quickly. Now we only use it on level 2 & 3. The flame effect also has 3 settings.

Fabulous little unit. We replaced a TV screen style fire in our vintage mantle fireplace with fire screen. It exceeded expectations. It looks great and heats the bedroom (20 x 20) easily on low.

Recommend with One Problem

This log set works as advertised. I would recommend it. Somewhat attractive as a fireplace set and just enough heat to take the chill out of an averaged sized room. The remote is defective, however the company is sending me a replacement.

The heat only ran for about 1 minutes on all five settings I guess because it was to warm in the house . The flames would be nicer if there were a little more colorful.
