The ice machine makes ice, but within 2 weeks of receiving the machine it started making very loud scream sounds. Customer service did respond, but it took almost a month to “Address” the issue, which is unacceptable. Asked to receive a new machine, but finally came to an agreement to receive most of my money back & keep the machine until I can replace it with a different brand! (Would not recommend this product & Customer Service is very bad! Look elsewhere, but it seems that most of this type ice maker are all made by the same company & you will have problems!!!

Best one we’ve tried

We’ve gone through three different portable ice makers in 2 years. The latest was the $600 Opal that lasted 2 weeks. I ran across this one and it was half the price and claimed it could produce. I just wanted something that won’t break in a month. So far so good. It has the clever Ice container that slides out and it seems to make ice quickly. Good crunchy ice but not too small like the opal. It’s fairly quiet and I like that it can be hooked up to a water line also.

Fantastic ice maker. Can be loud, but is quick at making ice. It fits in the counter very well, it looks pretty good, and the nuggets are great for everything you drink

We are extremely happy with our countertop ice machine. It makes quality ice, we have used the ice for both drinking as well as in our cooler. Commercial feel great price

I bought this unit on a clearance price of $170 and was skeptical. You can either refill or connect to a water supply and we did the later. This has worked for 3 months flawlessly for 3 months without issue. The nugget ice is a medium soft and size than the ecozy unit i had before, but lasts longer in drinks. The unit is somewhat insulated and the ice lasts longer that other unit I have had. The capacity and speed can easily serve a family of four continuously. I would surely buy again, especially if I ever see the price again

Great machine

We love this ice maker. Its wet ice but its really great. Its freezable if tou want to accumulate some ice stock. Just shake it to break it up. Clean it once a month. Be sure to wipe the filter screen or it will build up grime. Options for self fill and drain are great. Havent used them myself though.

Love it!

We love it so much! It's slightly louder than I'd prefer, but every ice maker is. Is keep the ice it's made cold overnight as well when we've forgotten to transfer it to the freezer. Could not be happier.

Amazing Ice Maker

Love the ice maker that produces nugget size ice rather than regular ice makers. Machine is very sturdy, and produces a lot of ice right after when you push the ice down to make room for more. Gonna use it for my small pop ups for the FOH for drinks so that my staff doesn't need to keep going back and forth to the back room for ice. Its very easy to use, plug it in and then add water to it's desire max line. I would advise not to throw out the manual sheet/book, as you'd definitely need it if something happens and you cant figure out how to troubleshoot the machine.

Great ice maker!

I’d been searching for an ice maker that made the good ice for a while now. I had bought a smaller, budget ice maker, used it once & back it went. It took hours to make a very small amount of ice. Then I found this Vevor ice maker. It is perfect! This ice maker makes that small, soft ice, similar to the ice you get at Sonic…the good ice. It’s a sturdy machine. Seems to be made well & not cheap by any means. It’s very easy to use. It’s attractive so I don’t mind it being on top of our small bar area. I make ice once a week to fill up my ice tray in the freezer. I can’t wait to use it for parties & the holidays when we’ve got people over. I love this ice maker!
