I bought a kettle on the black Friday of the previous year and it worked very well, it warmed up the water and hung up but after 10 months of use stopped turning off, the button stopped working and whenever I wanted to heat the water I had to ensure the button. It's a great kettle but the durability is short, I bought another just to see how long it will last

Warranty Replacement

We received this as warranty replacement for an identical unit that quit working after a mere three months of moderate use. We're hoping for at least another three months of service from this one before we return to the superior brand that served us well for more than five years. You never know.
