you must have your natural gas line pressures ck out because of the safety setups before the fireplace pilot was able to work

Heated good at first

Stopped working three times. Had to clean the orifice each time because of the aluminum tube metal flakes. Changed from natural gas to propane. Getting a lot of soot. Done with it. Getting another brand.

No odor. No soot. Heats my entire downstairs.

Don't Waste Your Time

Stove did not work. Have to send it back. Trouble with buying online, you have to go to all that trouble of sending it back. What a waste. Look to some other source when buying big items.

Just had it professionally installed and it looks great and working as expected. Customer service was awesome as it took 3 deliveries to get on not damaged by the delivery truck. They accepted back and redelivered on a matter of days. A+++ on customer service!

I bought it one month ago. I still waiting on a part very unsatisfied.

I purchased this stove elsewhere for cheaper, I just wanted to leave a proper review, unlike the clown who left one star with zero explanation.

The r emote thermostat could use improvement. The flames are much more blue with natural gas. Over-all I like it.

I only use the product this winter for 3 months and it stop working. I bought it in April 2023

Love my fireplace. Exactly the size I needed.

Terrible product. Fan is too loud. The ignitor only worked for a brief time. Never could get the remote control to connect to the heater. It's going back to Home Depot before quick for a refund.

Delivered faster than expected. Half the price of the very similar model our gas distributor offers and theirs did not include the remote. Looks great and puts out more than enough heat.

A. I've been operating this numerous times since purchase 2 weeks ago, the thermostat seems to be 2-3 degrees off actual room temps so setting the remote can require adjusting as temps fluctuate. Stove continues to create a terrible odor like it's giving off carbon monoxide fumes which permeate the entire house. I can only hope that eventually goes away with more use.

Works ànd heats great

Great propane heater. We can turn our central heat unit off and just use the heater most of the time to heat our LR. (About 700 sq feet.) I love that you can turn the flame up or down depending on what you want. The remote start is absolutely wonderful! We have been very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Just what I needed for supplemental heat that also creates great ambiance in my cabin.
