[Rewarded Review] Solid, but AI needs work

Solid washer/dryer. I do like how it integrates with our other Samsung products, but feel like the AI cycles don't detect if items are dry (they seem to miss moisture in wrinkles/creases)

It’s the besy bundle of washer dryer i ever get because doesn’t make a noise clean very well with little detergent and for sure i like the automatic dispenser, with differents options t for every kind of clothes ,its save electricity and water at the same time i used, and it was perfect size to placed in a closet area, I really recomended to my family and friends.

Worst mistake ever

We purchased this 5 weeks ago. It stopped working last week. We contacted Samsung and have had 2 separate repairmen, from different companies come out and change different parts, as instructed by Samsung. Neither repairman even knew how to open the unit and had to watch videos sent to them by Samsung. Both parts did not help, and we still have the same error code. We now have to wait again for ANOTHER part, and another repair company (as the others refuse to come back again). At this point, I will have been waiting for it to get fixed LONGER than we have been able to use it. I have been having to take time off work for repair visits, and spend $100’s at the laundromat while they try to fix it. They refuse to call it defective and replace. There is no reason a 5 week old machine should need to be ‘rebuilt’, part by part to try to get it to work.

Good laundry hub with some needed add ons.

I just received this Samsung BesPoke washer dryer laundry hub. It is very nice looking. I did a lot of research looking for a good washer and dryer stackable unit. I saw the Samsung BesPoke laundry hub and was I interested as it had really good reviews. I have used it and it is nice. I watched several YouTube videos on it to speed up my learning on using it. I would recommend YouTube reviews as it does give some pointers. The only thing I wish I would have been told, and I should realized is you can only wash or dry not both simultaneously. Whomp, whomp... also the sound of washer, dryer you can adjust it has a volume. The washer cu 4.6 is OK, but when you've always had large capacity stackable washer, dryer it can be challenging. It would be great for single person or a couple. We are a family of 4. So, I will be doing laundry a lot. I didn't want to get a new unit, unfortunately I couldn't get a new electronics board for my old unit that I loved. All in all it seems like a nice unit. Just remember you can only wash or dry not both at Sametime.

This is an average Dryer attached to an average Washer. Most features are distracting or useless except for the centrally placed controls for both units and the soap auto-dispense function.

Safety features rule.

I love the control panel right in the middle, and all of the "safety" features-- reminders to refill detergent, reminder to empty lint filter, etc. Also, we had a clog at the end of our air duct due to the craziness we experienced at the end of our last dryer's life. We wouldn't have discovered it if not for the Bespoke! It literally turns off and won't keep running when there's any kind of a blockage (even if it's somewhat minor, like ours was. It's a pain in the moment, but good in the long run because it forces you to take care of the issue. I also looooovvvee the app to tell me when things are done, where they are in the cycle, etc. Also, the slick appearance of it is really nice and spruced up our laundry room.

I recently bought this laundromat and was impressed by the new Samsung washer and dryer machines. The standout feature is the automatic soap and softener dispenser, which makes doing laundry incredibly convenient. just load your clothes, and the machine handles the rest.

Love my new washer and dryer.. didn't love the delivery process.. not saying the actual delivery was bad, because it was awesome.. the delivery men were helpful, quick, respectful, and knowledgeable, and did a great job.. but Lowe's kinda messed up the whole process.

The unit itself is okay, if i had to repurchase i would not, it takes a little bit to figure out. The delivery from the beginning has been a nightmare, first set the delivery guys dropped so we had to wait for a replacement which i had to contact them cause they didn't contact me about it. The second was not delivered when promised. Finally get the delivery date for the second unit and they delivery it and tear up the laundry room flooring moving the unit in. The guys takes pictures and put a claim in and i hear nothing from them for a month so i Finally get ahold of them and still in the process of getting my flooring fixed. Been a mess

Works great on small loads. Any load size medium to large takes a very long time to wash and dry. I returned the unit because of the time. Also, there are 4 shipping bolts in the back of the unit that need to be removed before use that they don't tell you about...
