Easy to install, and after having opened the previous macerator, I’m happy to have one designed with making that not necessary, or at least easier and less uh… messy in the future.

Much Quieter, yet powerful

Rated #1 for good reason, super easy access with just one screw per chamber and one tool if you ever need to maintain it. Quiet and easy installation. I had the #2 rated brand which needed frequent maintenance requiring removing a minimum of 4 screws (6 more on the other chamber, of a different type so different tool.)

It was excellent service from "plumbingonline". Very helpful and accommodating.

I only had it installed for about 2 weeks and so far so good! I don't know what it is about these toilets that makes them so expensive. However, it looks good and it functions well. Some reviews mentioned that the toilet flushes loud but it sounds like a normal flush to me.

We replaced an existing unit that we had for 16yrs...

We replaced an existing unit that we had for 16yrs that was in heavy use with shower and sink connected. It preformed very well so we stuck with what we knew worked well and no that the usage is cut in half it should last us the rest of our lifetime. Highly recommend this product even for heavy use.
