Good overall purchase for the price. My only issue is that the toilet seat itself is not great quality and came out of the box with scratches. Installing was easy and instructions were good. If the seat material was better I would rate this 5 stars.

We love it! From the simple, elegant, easy-to-clean design, to the fact that it flushes everything on the first flush (our old toilet did not), we couldn't be happier. In fact, we are replacing our other two toilets with these as we complete the next couple of remodeling phases on our house. Highly recommend!

You don't need to spend more...

Remodel of primary bath which included this toilet. It installed without any issues and is working perfectly. We get a lot of compliments on this toilet. Will be purchasing more for other bathrooms in the home.

We have the elongated seat and it is made of very cheap plastic and moves every time we use it.

The Higher the Throne …

I bought this good looking, streamlined toilet to spruce up my master bathroom as well as to make my life easier in preparation for a total knee replacement. Those were the goals: appearances and helping to mitigate pain with a toilet that is ADA compliant and is high enough so as not to make my new knee scream when I sit. Well, win/win. Initially, the toilet came with a big piece of porcelain cracked out of it. I was beating a deadline to receive the toilet and have it installed before my surgery. ((Yes, I waited too long to order it.) We called Build and they sent out a new toilet immediately. Goals achieved: I have a new knee, a comfortable and spiffy new toilet, and a good looking bathroom. The bidet seat is a welcome addition. The toilet is easy to clean and now I think you know all you need to about this purchase. Oh, but do measure and account for the bidet’s water line. Our plumber needed to remove a couple of tiles to install the toilet with the (optional) bidet seat. The company provides a non-bidet optional seat too. I’m happy with the purchase as is my husband.

I like the fact that the sides are smooth with no curves for easy cleaning. The toilet only needs one flush to do what it’s supposed to. It is a sleek looking toilet that goes well in a modern house. I would give it a 5 rating if it had a lever handle instead of a button. Overall a great purchase.

Most Contemporary Economically Priced Toilet

I have purchased 8 of these Signature Hardware Sitka toilets for three separate homes over five years. They are by far the greatest contemporary look for the buck. Not to mention the quality. I get so many compliments! And have never had one issue with any of them.

Great toilet for the money!

The toilet is everything it was designed to be! Looks great. The installation was not complicated. The tank lid could be made to fit better, but it’s not a significant issue. Very impressed with the speedy delivery, within 48 hours!!

Not enough water to flush

I was so excited to get this beautiful toilet. Unfortunately, the tank has so little water it often won’t even flush a small amount of paper from peeing! We haven’t even had it a year and I’m going to have to replace it.

Nice toilet but the tank lids are not straight and true

It's a very nice looking toilet and we have two of them (one with a bidet). Although, the tank lids were not quite straight and made it very difficult to fit in the 12" rough-in. It worked with moving the toilets to max distance and reversing the lids. The specs indicate a 3/4" gap should be there, but it wasn't in either case against drywall or tile. In the end, they're on and very tight to the wall.

it's a great looking toilet. definitely difficult to install, but probably worth it. the only odd thing is sometimes the water ever so faintly runs, but jiggling the top stops it. not sure why, and it seems to be happening less as time goes by.
