Beware extremely low toilet

This toilet is beautiful, sleek, one piece, and has a soft close lid BUT IT IS LOW. None of the other matters because I about fall out when I go to sit down. I am 5'3 and I feel like I am doing a below 90 degrees squat every time I go to sit down (my trainer would be proud) so I can't imagine how it feels for taller guests. That alone will wake me up every time I do my nightly bathroom trips. I feel like I need to add a grab bar in all of my bathrooms now. If you are looking for a toilet for a child's bathroom this would be perfect, otherwise make sure you get something comfort height. The only positive I can say is 2.5 won't need a stool.

Excellent flush, quiet and fast refill

Installation was a breeze and we couldn't have expected a better flushing, quiet toilet. Looks outstanding with the clean lines of the one piece design and full skirt!

Seat issues

The toilet looks fine. Gets the job done but I loathe white seats and my contractor is telling me that I cannot switch them out due to a type of screw or something. Does your toilet really make it impossible for me to have a pretty wooden seat?

Love the one-piece

This toilet came recommended by a friend. Sadly, the first toilet I ordered arrived with the tank broken in a hundred pieces. But a quick call and a new one was on the way. Customer service was great. The second one arrived in one piece. It was very heavy. I like the simple lines and how easy it is for everyone in my house to help keep clean.
