Unreliable, stopped working, no help frm Honeywell

the 7, 8 %26 9 numbers stopped working after a couple of months. Unfortunately just past my return date with Walmart and I have not been able to get a respsonse from Honeywell despite emailing and calling numerous times.

took far too long to get delivery. no communication on delivery date. store could not help on information. .this is the first time i had delivery and information problems.

It stop working properly after 4 months of purchase and now the company is giving me a run around regarding a refund or replacement.

Did not work. Missing the part on the battery side to plug the wire into.

lock was defective and I had to. pay a locksmith to remove it so not to tear door jam 135.00 out of my pocket for devective lock.

Miserable to install. Bought 2 sets. 1st set, handles detached from system upon 1st try. Installed 2nd set, handles wont work freely nor does key lock cylinder to use manual key.

I installed this on my parents house to make it easy for them to get in the door without keys. The handle shape works well for older hands. The lock worked great for about 6 months but over time a couple of the buttons stopped working. Of course it's the buttons that are in the code to unlock the door. I reprogrammed using a different code so we'll see how long this fix works.

Beware yearly failure, sometimes without warning!

We have had our lock for about 2 years. The reasons I bought it were: I like the lever handle (easy to use when your hands are full of groceries); I like the fact that it has a key as a backup means of entry), and it was a decent price at the time I bought it.

dosen't work

product looks good but dosen't work, it locks then unlocks, won't stay locked. tried calling nobody answers, just a machine, so no customer service. don't buy.
