We installed this unit for a cabin in the mountains and the unit works very well and keeps the place nice and cozy. It was tested at 10 degrees and still maintained 105 degree warm air. Thanks )

I haven't had a chance to finish installing this unit in my shop. I do have a Sennville 18000 btu with a single ceiling cassette that I purchased and installed three years ago and it has served us flawlessly over that time period in heating our home. A quality product. Thank you all. Raymond

Thus far I’m very pleased

Thus far I’m very pleased with my Senville Mini Split. I’ve only had to use it for heating as the cool weather is now upon us. It’s installed in a 1200sf open rafter workshop. The wall are insulated and I have a radiant barrier installed on the underside of the top rafters. I do have a “bubbling” type sound coming from the outdoor unit that transfers through the line set to the interior line set that’s installed in the interior wall. It’s not too loud and all seems to be working well so I’ll monitor closely. I’ll contact my installer if I notice any failure or lack of heating/cooling. I’ve been in communication with Senville and they’ve been very quick to respond and helpful with advice regarding the noise situation. So far, very pleased.

I'm very happy with the value I see in the senville product line. I've installed many of these units over the years and they consistently work well and the pricing is fair. I recently installed the 24k cold climate unit for a client who owns a cabin in the mountains. After I finished the install I was happy with how the heater had no problem maintaining a 72 indoor temp when it was 5 degrees outside. Thanks.

Installation manual is very vague. There were some parts that came with it that didn't explain what they did.. Other than that pretty good product.

Had this unit installed for about 3 weeks now. Works excellent, keeps the downstairs of my house nice and warm. Puts out much better and more consistent heat than the propane furnace I had prior to it

The unit came in great

The unit came in great condition. It was a fairly easy hookup for somebody with some mechanical and and electrical. Once I got it installed it here in South Carolina where the temperature was in the high 90s to 100. It cooled it down really fast and I was impressed with how quiet it is almost couldn't believe it hardly hear it run. I would definitely recommend and because it's in the summer I haven't had a chance to test the heat yet, but if it's anything like the air it'll be fantastic.
