Needed new tub to replace an existing Jacuzzi tub that was installed in 1998. This Signature model dropped right in the existing rough in cut out. Plenty of room to mount faucet fixtures on the deck front flange. Concierge service with Bianca Ono was great.

Jacuzzi tub

This is a terrible product. We had to order two because they are so poorly made and thin. We actually had to have the 2nd one re sprayed due to how thin it was. You could read a newspaper through this it was so thin. What a piece of junk.

Perfect for space

We renovated our master bedroom but kept the floor plan the same. This tub was priced reasonably and fit the existing corner tub space. It arrived in perfect condition and looks great installed.

Very Poorly Packaged and Irregularities

First, let me say that Build.Com is great. They shipped very fast and have always been responsive to issues. With respect to this tub, I had to order this model. It is replacing th jetted version, which had become dirty and filthy around the jets and through the tubing. This was even with having used it only a few times as a jetted tub—used mostly as a soaking tub. I would never recommend a jetted tub for sanitation reason. This replacement tub by Jacuzzi was very poorly packaged at the factory. Basically, it was a tub flopping around in a cardboard box. As a result, there were scrapes and abrasions in the finish. Having worked with gel coated acrylic and fiberglass products before, I can mitigate these with polish and a buffer. But, I should not have to do so. Also, the there hard foam blocks on the bottom to stabilize the ends and edges. Unfortunately, the depth of the block vary and some will need to be shaved/trimmed. I would have sent this back. But, I have company coming and need to finish this project. Again, Build.com is great and Jacuzzi not so great.

I absolutely love this tub, it has a shine that is beautiful and cleans right back to its shine! I know I will get many years with this tub! Love the build.com website, service, delivery and all were so convenient and great!!

This was a replacement tub and fit perfectly

We bought this soaker tub to replace a Jacuzzi jetted tub the same shape and size. This tub was an exact fit. We got bids to do the replacement but ended up DIY. Only took about 2 days. Tub is a very good quality soaker tub. Very happy with it.

I bought this for a bathroom remodel. Large tub was shipped and delivered within a week. Packaging was very protective to mitigate damage. Jacuzzi product is high end quality. Very please with the durability, quality, and appearance. Very easy to install. We love the product and it will provide a high end look to our remodeled master bath.
