Abysmal quality control

Regarding manufacture: there is an obvious issue with the fiberglass on this tub where it slowly builds up across the back tile flange, pushing it progressively out from the wall as you work down the unit. The "feet" are not all the same size, defeating their purpose - the tub rocks back and forth on a level floor. This is stamped as passing through QC, which gives me no confidence in buying another tub from the manufacturer.

Great Jacuzzi Tub when Space is an Issue!!

This jacuzzi was the only standard sized tub I could find to fit my condo!! When you have a left hand drain requirement for a 60" tub this is perfect. The jets are strong enough to give you a great bath!!

cracked immediately and stopper broke

title says it all - the side cracked and cannot be repaired. then the stopper just stopped popping down. rubbish.

Disappointed with overall quality.

Quality control is poor. Tile flange was wavy at best. Impossible to attached to studs and keep edge true. You could see where the tile edge was "ground" or "planned" in an attempt to make the back edge even, however, the 60 inch long edge was thin in some spots and thick in others. And in spite of this, it still was not straight. Skirt is also not plumb to deck. Bottom of skirt was also not true. Attached supports both molded in and and added, where not on the same plane. Inside finish was fine. Just needed to make too many allowances for poor build quality. Also, structure member under the deck was in the way of overflow assembly. Certainly not what I expected when I purchased this item. I feel sending it back would have been useless. I am sure this is not the only one that has come from the factory this way. I just decided to make whatever adjustments needed so that I could live with the end results. As a homeowner I had the time to make the adjustments. If I had been a contractor trying to install a tub for a client, I probably would have sent it back and bought some other brand.
