I waited almost a month for the tub to ship. I lost count of the number of times I spoke with customer service to try and receive what I ordered. I ended up ordering another tub that arrived a week later.

The first tub we received was damaged from the factory. Crude repairs were noted by the contractor....wasnt square. 2nd tub was better....but not perfect. We kept it and its fine.

Not quite what I expected....

We just had this tub delivered. I was surprised to find cutouts for panels on the front covered by a detachable panel of seemingly flimsy material that I am concerned might stain. I would definitely look for one that has an integrated front. I had no idea this did not! I do not know how it will hold up as I have not used it yet.
