Never buy something that can't be expanded, especially a window air conditioner cover !

Need signage for curbside pickup.

You need signage for curbside pickup. I had to park and go into the store to inquire where I should pick it up. There was a long line in customer service so I wasted a lot of time wondering if I was in the right place. I finally spotted an employee who wore a sign about pickup service. You can do better.

The cover was the correct size and was very easy to place on my outdoor air conditioner. Hopefully, it will save me some money on my heating bill this winter. Generally, Frost King makes some good winter preparation products.

Nice gauge cover was easily adjustable for depth by folding under and built in elastic bungee ties secured it to unit.

Poor quality . Bought the cover according to size of air conditioner. Did not fit. Returned product to Home Depot.

It greatly cut back cold. I first covered inside and still cold air. Now much better.

Fit was perfect. Had it installed for about 10 days so far. Issue was cord is very elastic. Installed it and some wind on 2 different days was strong enough to pull it partially loose as well as annoying wind noise. Had to reset it. Had to add a second bungee cord to secure it better. So far so good.

It covers only 4 sides, bottom completely open!!

The description did NOT state that it only covered 4 out of the 5 sides!!!!

These covers were bigger than we expected. We were able to cover our air conditioner, but had to improvise to get it tight around our unit. I wish it had elastic in the edges for a tighter fit. They are not too bad but you will have to find a way to get them tightly around your air conditioner.

I needed 25 inches, but Home Depot did not have it in stock. 27 inches worked okay.
