bought four of these, only 2 are still working

Already not working

We purchased three of these fans in October 1923 for a new home build. They were installed in May 2024 two of the three worked for two weeks and now they no longer function at all. Very disappointed.

Good Quality outdoor fan

We love our outdoor fan. We opted for a hardwire wall remote rather than a handheld remote. So much better than trying to keep up with a remote.

Amazing fan, worth every penny!

These are phenomenal fans! Living in the greater Phoenix area, we needed fans on our large back patio. I wanted to get less expensive fans, but my wife saw these and fell in love with the look.First, right out of the box I could tell these were very well made fans. Installation was straight forward and about as easy as it gets for a ceiling fan.The fans are super quiet and spin without even the slightest hint of wobble. These fans move the air, and feel fantastic even in the summertime Arizona heat.I was worried the light wouldn't be bright enough at night, but they are fantastic as well.The remote works like a charm, and we mounted one to the wall and put the second one inside in a drawer as a backup.So glad my wife talked me out of the cheaper option I wanted to go with.These fans are flat out amazing, and they're worth every penny. Less

They were expensive but worth it! I bought 3 fans for my patio, they look great, move lots of air, the LED lights are dimmable, and the 6 speed DC motors are quiet and powerful! I highly recommend these beautiful fans!

Nice fan overall. Moves a lot of air. Blades are a pain to attach with one person. Need three hands. It is quiet and smooth most of the time, but there seems to be a little clicking on the lowest speed. No idea what is causing that.

Do not honor lifetime warranty

I recently had this fan go out and the motor quit working. I contacted the company and they told me I would have to buy the $250 transmitter to prove if the motor went out before they would consider a replacement. I work on pumps for a living and when a brushless motor goes out it will often index or hold position when powered. Not only was it doing this but the fan required a bump start before it quit completely. Don't waste your money, their "warranty" isn't worth it !

I have recommended it to my neighbors.

We have an outdoor terrace that overlooks The Katy trail in Dallas Texas. The fan that they installed 6 years ago finally stopped working. This installation requires a WET application. The Minka Slipstream LED fan is the perfect match to the fan that we needed to replace. Couldn't be more pleased. 😊
