This is a pretty crummy product. After 18 months of gentle use, it started making an awful racket. Following the instructions I turned it off for 24 hrs. Turned it back on and it was quiet but no longer cools at all.

Died at 18 months

Looked nice and cost a premium price but it died 18 months after install. Really unhappy. I unfortunately have a beverage fridge in our bar too from the same company. Praying it doesn’t die too. Replaced a 20 year old wine fridge that actually worked because this one was new and more energy efficient - should have kept the old one!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Broke after four years. Nobody will repair it for me. Manufacturer stopped responding to my messages - trying to run out the five year warranty I assume. If it is only going to last four years, buy a less expensive brand. Huge disappointment.

metal end pieces falling off the shelves upon arri

Looking to file a claim still. the fridge looks great, but once we put wine in (about 2 hours after receiving it) the decorative metal ends on the shelves fell off. Its faulty glue or something.

A Great Wine Cooler!

This is a great wine cooler! Looks very classy installed under-cabinet, and cools wine to a consistent temperature in both zones. The compressor is audible when it kicks on, but is not too loud or obtrusive. The shelves are first rate...they glide out easily on rollers. My only concern is longevity of the unit, based on other reviews. I took out a 5-year warranty just in case. Overall, a great unit. There are some additional things I would like to see on the unit (ability to turn lights on/off without opening the door for example), but these are my preferences. So far so good!

Utter garbage

Major design flaw. This so-called "built-in" fridge cannot be built-in as the door hinge does not allow for a flush fit with adjacent cabinets. The door hits the cabinet and cannot be opened. See pics.

Great Wine Fridge

We bought the black one and love it! Works great for our space! The only think I don’t like is that you have the upper racks for red wine and the lower for wine because of the pre set temperatures.

Baffled by other reviews mentioning quiet operation...

Maybe we have a defective unit...I may need to investigate that. I noticed several reviews claiming this unit operates quietly. Ours is EXTREMELY loud; significantly louder than a Monogram side-by-side. And it seems like it's running the compressor a LOT, so that loud operation is evident a lot of the time. Otherwise, looks good and is keeping our wine at the proper temps.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unit broke within 3 months and cools nothing. High price, zero performance, wish I could get my money back

Quality from Manufacturer was terrible

I recently purchased the Avallon 23 bottle capacity unit. The unit delivered in a decent amount of time but came with a damaged door, the top right was bent. I requested a replacement door and the second one came in damaged as well, worse than the first. When they finally shipped an undamaged door, they didn't include the door sensor that came with the first one. The holes to attach the original door sensor weren't drilled properly and therefore I needed to glue on the sensor so the unit would stop beeping. From this experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this manufacturer again. I'm terribly disappointed.

Perfect dual zone wine cooler, classy and quiet. Reasonably priced with the sale. I receive so many compliments. So happy with this purchase. A must buy item!!!!

Small wine cooler

Recently we purchased a larger model of this and we were thrilled with the quality. This is the same, but smaller. The shelves are high quality and slide in and out easily, better than I have seen in higher end coolers at appliance stores. I was told that nearly all of these less expensive chillers are made in China as this one was. The big question is how long will the compressor last as it is almost not worth fixing if it goes out. Functioning well and the lighting is excellent.

We purchased this wine cooler throug through Build.com and could not be happier. Sleek, stainless, quite efficiency at our finger tips. It is the highlight of our newly remodeled kitchen! Just 15” wide it can hold 20 bottles in two different temperature zones. I will never use a refrigerator to cool wines ever again!
