Beautiful faucet, not built to last

So I love the look of this faucet, and the starlight chrome finish is FANTASTIC. It's so easy to wipe clean and stay beautiful. Hardwater minerals just don't seem to stick. That's the positive.

Failed Twice in Two Years - Avoid Grohe!

We had previously purchased Grohe, and bought this in 2021. It leaked in 2022 just before Thanksgiving and Grohe sent a replacement part. Now, October 2023, and it is leaking again. Grohe is sending two parts this time, but it will take a week! They don't reimburse for labor costs. Never again for Grohe!

Poor quality

I have had this product for less than one year. the internal valve has failed and it leaked within the cabinet; this only became obvious when we discovered water started flowing out of our lower living are ceiling. Not to mention that the kitchen cabinet is now damaged. And nobody at the answer desk...of course, it is Friday!

REGRET!

As someone who is in the commercial plumbing/mechanical industry, Grohe has always been a name associated with quality. Unfortunately, they missed the mark on this faucet. As others have commented, the laminar spray splashes everywhere, making a huge mess. We had to replace the spray head within the first year (great factory support, no charge for the parts) but it is malfunctioning again, this time, zero response from Grohe. One would expect more from a company with such a great reputation in the industry.

Very Disappointing Quality

Grohe has been my go to for quality and style for over 20 years. This faucet was a major disappointment. Plastic parts and a bent connection for the sprayer were the biggest surprises - not what I expect from Grohe at all. I'm going to request a refund and replacement on this one - cheaply made and poorly designed.

[Rewarded Review] A tall glass of water!

This is a beautiful kitchen faucet! The shape and form fits perfectly with a modern kitchen. That being said, the only hold back to it is the height of the spout. It is so high, you have to be sure to hold anything you are rinsing low in the sink cavity to keep it from splashing all over the place.

Ladylux 2

This is our second Ladylux faucet. However, this model has such a narrow clear stream that it splashes water everywhere. Is there a replacement aerator similar to the older Ladylux?

Big disappointment. Loved my old model Ladylux

I replaced my 20 year old Ladylux with this new one and wow what a disappointment. There is no aeration in the water stream and it splashes everywhere and everyone...super aggravating when rinsing dirty dishes and raw meat. My counters and clothing are always soaked. Everyone that uses it has the same problem. I have to wash a load of dishtowels every night since I got it. I can never get through to Grohe on the phone and I sent a message from the website, but the message box is too small to explain the problem.

Great Kitchen faucet

This is a great kitchen faucet, had one of these 28 years ago. I was glad to find this one on Ebay and for a good price. It Looks great in my kitchen. Thanks.
