Nice, but not quite

I have two issues with it. 1) No matter if you use the handle or the sensor, the flow is still actuated with an electronic valve. The handle in this faucet has been reduced to being a joystick. The response time is slightly off, which feels weird. 2) The flow is abysmally low. Thanks EPA. With most faucets screwed up by the EPA, you can jerry rig it to get higher flow, but with this being half video game, you can't modify it to get high flow. Trust me, I've tried.

I did not install it, but the plumber who did seemed to easily install the faucet. I love the touchless feature, but have to remember to use it. I still turn it on by hand. I also have to remember that it is touchless, because I accidentally turned it on when my hand went near the sensor. I think it automatically turns off after a while when activating it by sensor.

We had never seen this unit on display, but had we seen it, it would not have passed our inspection. It works as described, but our next faucet purchase will not be from MOEN. In the future we will compare the shipping weight of competitive products to determine which product has the strength of steel.

I purchased the faucet from the Home Depot in East Boynton Beach. A few days later, our plumber arrived to install it, only to find that when he opened the box, it contained components from someone else's old faucet. It was evident that the previous customer had kept the new faucet and returned their old one, cleverly repackaging it. The hoses even had water still dripping from them. It's disheartening and frustrating that the employees at this location didn't thoroughly inspect the box's contents upon its return. This experience left us feeling deeply disappointed and angered. We ended up exchanging it for a new one at the West Delray Beach Home Depot location and made sure we to open the box to review the contents.

It is a quality product and is stylish. Disappointed that it only has one small wave sensor area for the on/off function. We previously had a Delta Touch Action faucet that you could touch anywhere for the on/off function. I would not buy this type wave action faucet again unless they developed a broader wave functionality area. We are getting use to the limited wave function, but again it is not what we expected.

Great basic faucet

This is a really nice (builder grade) touch less faucet. I am not a professional tradesperson, just a normal home owner, and I found installation to be a breeze. The removal of my old faucet was a Doral nightmare, but that has nothing to do with the new installation. I followed the instructions and so far it’s working great. I have no pressure problems and no sensor problems. So far, so good.

Solid faucet materials; poor flow control design

Pros:

I love this faucet. The hands feature is awesome. It installed easily. No leaks upon first installation. The battery pack extended far enough to reach near the front of the cabinet. It only takes one finger to turn on and off. Let at be known that you cannot install the soap dispenser near the sensor (maybe 4").

Sensor Won't Shut Off Water

Purchased this faucet June 24, 2023 and installed it. Worked OK at first. It used 6 batteries in less than a month. When batteries are old faucet won't shut off and you have to turn off water to the house to stop faucet.

Entire faucet stopped working in 3 months

Within 3 months, the faucet wouldn't work. We replaced the battery pack which controls both the sensor and manual water flow, and it would only squirt out short bursts of water at random intervals. It left us completely without water. I would've hoped there was a way that if the sensor didn't work, you could open the water with the manual lever, but they are both controlled by the battery pack. EXTREMELY poor design. Wouldn't have expected this from a Moen and for the price you pay.

Brushed Stainless “Look” = Cheap Plastic

Wife bought a knockoff brand of the same design that was made of plastic. Replaced it with Moen, which is throughout the rest of the house. The new spray wand is made of even cheaper plastic that doesn’t even match the metal components.

Nice Upgrade

This was an upgrade from the original faucet which was in an extremely inconvenient position. So… probably any modern faucet would impress me at this point. But this one is great. Good spacing. The pull down portion is convenient. Install was a bit challenging. Make sure the data cord is pushed all the way into the box. The hands free option is awesome. It’s nice to not have to touch the faucet with dirty hands. Pressure is great.

We replaced our failing touchless faucet with a Moen faucet....

We replaced our failing touchless faucet with a Moen faucet. It was fairly easy to install but found the water flowing through the Moen faucet is about 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the faucets throughout the house.

Just was installed and won't shut off.

We just purchased this faucet and had it professionally installed. We love the look of it and it seems to working great 98% of the time. We have had 3 times now where I have had to go under the sink to shut off the water to the faucet because it will not turn off. After a couple minutes, I turn the water back on and the faucet works correctly. I have a call into to Moen regarding this matter. I would hate to think I have had a faulty faucet installed and need to hire a plumber again. I would love to give this product 5 stars but can't because of the issues I'm having.
