So disappointed

Didn’t last a year. The plastic piece falls off every time you press it to change the spray setting. So incredibly disappointing, especially given the price.

Faucet drip

Selected this faucet as part of a Kohler package for our new house not quite two years ago. This faucet started to drip when in use several months ago. I cannot find a replacement nozzle, as everyplace indicates that they are on back order or not being made anymore. Very disappointed as I am a long time Kohler customer and never has this happen.

Very nice kitchen faucet. Unfortunately I received one that was poorly assembled and had to experience a few significant leaks before getting everything properly sealed. Customer service with Kohler was poor to horrible to solve the iissue. Thankfully I have the necessary skills to solve these challenges, however I would feel terrible for those who don't and would have to deal with a defective product.

Beautiful faucet that functions nicely!

Reverse in error Kohler faucet

The unit has the hot water and cold in reverse. It’s installed but the cold water is in the back were the hot should be and hit in the front were the cold should be. Not happy with it at all.

This faucet is great and we like the three different flow options.

Our old faucet is no longer in stock so we went with this one, blends in perfectly, love that the faucet moves easily from side to side.

Second choice and still love it. My first choice had a five week wait which is a problem with Kohler. They mainstream a couple of gems and others come with a wait.This is a popular one for a reason: solid and gorgeous. Solid product.

Great faucet. One problem with original product, Kohler customer service sent a new part.

Faucet is 5 stars, but took two tries to replace the defective hose in the original packaging. First diagnosis was a defective head, but it was the hose. Working fine now.

toggle button between the berry soft spray setting and regular setting

My complaint with this faucet is the toggle button selector for the berry soft spray setting and regular setting cracks and pops off. I have purchased one replacement and that one now has the same problem. It seems ridiculous to keep purchasing replacement heads for a $2.00 plastic toggle button. By the way I have a couple of customers with the same problem and complaint. Come on Kohler you are better than this.
