Good product

Arrived missing part two parts, parts R. Company did immediately send the parts via Fed ex with no cost to me. The instructions had limited words and not the best. However, you got the gist. You do have to screw a long screw in at a 90 degree angle with little room. Important to make sure you have the correct tool for that. Once, it was actually put together it is great. Perfect for 3 year olds.

I love the play ground itself for my child but overall the instructions are horrible should be better explained when it comes to the bolts and screws are at least have a video showing you step by step how to assemble

Todo perfecto pero los columpios son muy altos para un niños de 3 años mis niños incluso tengo una niña de 4 años y no pueden subirse realmente decepcionada 😔necesito otros columpios más bajos para su edad , deben hacer los columpios más bajos !!

We have had this for a year now and still love it! We got it when my son was 1.5 years old and he still enjoys it! We attached an infant swing to one of the sides!

Best swing set for our 2yr old granddaughter. It was easy to put together and there is plenty for her to do.

Wonderful gym set

We bought this for my granddaughter when she was about 3 years old, and she will be 13 next month! It still looks new and all 5 of our grandchildren have had fun on this gym set! We live in Michigan and have some pretty rough winters, and it is still in like new shape. We switch out one of the swings for a baby swing and have had to replace one of the swings due to wear, but overall it's been great! Little pricier now than years ago, but it's still worth it. I would recommend using the anchors as the kids get bigger so it doesn't lift up while swinging. Very happy with this purchase.

Horrible instructions

Great outdoor play set once built but horrible instructions. Plastic holes not drilled long enough and hardware faulty. Had to buy our own to make sure everything fit properly and safety. Would not recommend if you don’t have a drill.

This play set is sturdy and only took a couple of hours to put together. You can also change the swings out for other options from other places as well.

Horrible customer service

Grandparents gifted this swing set to my kids. We loved recently and can’t ring the screws. Called to but then from manufacture and horrible Attitude and service.

My grand kids love it they are on the swings all day.

I give up, this thing tells you to use the screws but then they are wrong, hours trying to figure this out not worth the money it should be cheaper…. I hate it

Some of the holes were not properly made. Assembly was a bit challenging for such a high price. Delivery took a few weeks.

Great for my almost 2 year old to grow into. He loves it and is very happy which makes me happy!
