Delivery Service was the Worst

We ordered this item for delivery but was advised by the trucking company AAA that they would not deliver at first because a truck could not fit, and then worse that there was a safety issue in unloading the shipment. What's funny is that this is for one of rental properties and we had the same item delivered to our home in Oklahoma by the same company. I would advise Home Depot not to use this company in the future.

3 person Sauna

Everything delivered and prompt. The unit seems to work just fine. My only issue was I was had to put it together by myself, just the way it was. It took me 4 grueling hours to match up the wall units together, but was able to do it. The instructions say 2 person minimum for installation and I'd agree with that.

Wife uses the sauna every chance she gets

Just got it set up. It was heavy but only took about an hour for 2 people. Looks identical to site and seems to be high quality

Simply beautiful sauna

I was initially skeptical about the claims of infrared saunas, but after using one for a few weeks, I'm a true believer now. The product came well packaged to our door and the instructions manual was easy to read. Special thanks to Brian at Top decor club for helping us with assembly!

Gem of a sauna

Great quality, amazing value, so easy to construct and maintain. Exactly what I needed. Sleeping so much better since started regular use. Cannot say one bad thing about it!

Great Sauna

Simple to put together and works great.. only issue was 1 heater frame was damaged but customer service was great and sent a replacement

Perfect for my backyard!

We love this sauna. it was pretty easy to assemble and we got it fired up right away. saves me trips to the gym. it heats up pretty fast even when its cold outside. I would definitely recommend the Sunray HL300D

So easy to put together!

This sauna is great, very relaxing. I've only had it a few days, but my husband and I are very happy with it. What drove me to write a review was the assembly process. My husband and I put it together in 2 hours. You'll need two people and at least one of you will have to be strong.

Worth every penny

Ive been a fan of saunas for years, and were thrilled to have one in our house that works well, looks good, and of which we can comfortably use at our leisure anytime. I simply cant say enough good things about it, and I feel that it was worth every penny.
