Had to jimmy rig the main beam for the swing set because it was cracked. The slides buckled with a 90 lb kid going down them. 10/10 would not recommend.

The trucking company only assigned one man to deliver the heavy boxes, and they didn't give him a lift tailgate truck, even thought it was printed on the delivery ticket for lift gate. So the driver suffered unloading each huge box, but still did the job well. The product is great, we are glad we got it. Just saying, that truck driver needs a raise and an extra day off.

Product is made of very cheap material. Almost all of the boards were warped. Many of the pre drilled holes were not to spec. Overall would not recommend this product.

Missing pieces

When I received the package I had over 60 pieces of wood missing. I called the company and was sent to the website to complete a form. Then had to email customer service about missing parts. It took 5 different deliveries to finish the swingset. I have over 20 pieces that I received that did not go with the swingset I purchased. The last time I emailed customer service they told me if I was missing any more I would have to go through the warranty. I had to use parts I had to complete it.

Don't bother

We were missing quite a few items when they delivered it. We talked to Home Depot and they referred us to Swing-N-Slide. Called Swing-N-Slide about shipping missing parts to us. They were not helpful and told us we had to do everything through Home Depot. Home Depot told me there was nothing they could do about ordering missing parts, so I had Home Depot return it. I didn't have any problems with Home Depot but I wouldn't deal with Swing-N-Slide again. Horrible customer service. The way they ship too is not great. It's on one giant pallet. It looks like the slides and other parts got lost in shipment since they weren't there when it was delivered. Home Depot was fantastic about the return and I got a refund very quickly.

Just don't do it

Do yourself a favor and buy this elsewhere. I know, I know. The price is too good to pass up. I said the same thing. I looked at the negative reviews and said "those won't happen to me". But you know what? They did. I didn't even get my package. I waited a month. An entire month! The shipper lost it in transit. An entire play structure! Lost! And then, when I call and make a stink about it, it miraculously turns up again, and it begins to make it's way back to the seller, because at this point I have requested a return and refund. I've waited long enough. It begins its creep and crawl back to the seller, who refuses to refund me until they receive it, and lo! It never arrives! Still I wait for my refund. To this very day, as I write this. I have called, I have begged, pleaded. Playnation still has yet to refund me for this lost package. Do yourself a favor. Learn from my misfortune. Just don't buy it.

The playset was missing both slides, the glider, and several other pieces when delivered. Tried to get the missing parts sent to me but the manufacturer wouldn't do it. Had to return everything which isn't easy because it's with a freight company. I will say Home Depot was fantastic to work with. Home Depot sent my refund the day the freight company picked up the bad swing set. That was a nice surprise because I figured it would take a week or more to get it.

Not putting together for a few months, but did check the material list and nothing was missing or damaged. The Estes Express driver went above and beyond helping get the boxes into the garage. So far everything has been great!!!!

Decent but no where near worth the price

Wood feels like tissue paper . Instructions are absolutely terrible and the separations of screws is like a scavenger hunt because they just put all the screws no matter the size in the same bag . Wish I could get my money back and return it but bought it for my daughters birthday so to late .

Im not thrilled with this play set. I purchased a few months ago and the wood has not held up well from the assembly alone. The wood is very cheap wood and therefore cracks just from putting the screw in it for assembly. I purchased this set because I wanted a kit that already had wood ready to be assembled (no sanding or staining needed). I am glad that this kit saved me time on assembly but I dont think I would buy again. I will buy my own lumber in the future and a kit that come with the hardware only

The hardest part is sorting everything out, according to my husband. He put it together by himself in about 17 hours total over a period of 3 days. We also purchased a bucket swing and used it in place of a regular swing for now. We plan on putting a sandbox in the open area underneath. The size is immaculate, perfect for our toddler to grow with annd play with friends. It’s affordable and sturdy!!! So glad we picked this playground it’s wonderful!

Rhett is 4 and enjoying his new playset...much better than dad and poppa did putting it together! Instructions were a little weak and 1 wooden stake for slide stability was missing, an easy fix though! Just made one from scrap lumber! Great Swingset for the money!

We were missing a lot of screws and a piece...

We were missing a lot of screws and a piece of wood. Also the chain for the yellow swing was too small it wouldn't even go through. We contacted customer service weeks ago to get our missing pieces and correct sized chain and still have yet to receive a call. Ending up having to buy our own pieces even though we spent a lot already on the swing set. Pretty disappointed but overall nice swing set, my kids love it.

Headache But Worth It

The final product was great. When we put it all together it looked amazing. Our kids and family enjoy it. However, be ready to use some serious algebra to figure out how to put it together. The set comes about 1/2 pre drilled. The other half requires some serious measurement math and if you’re off by a 1/2 inch you throw your whole build off. The assembly instructions were hard to understand at some points. I recommend having two power drills, tons of measuring tapes and a whole lot of patience.

First of all, this thing is huge. Assembly was tough but my husband did it alone and he is not the no most handy person. Was missing one screw but the local home depot had a replacement. My babies love it

There are no 2.5" screws in the hardware kit ever. I've done 3 of these sets and everyo one of them only has 2.25" screws. The directions are difficult to follow in some areas. It's alot of work to assemble...not hard, but just alot. Be prepared. Besides that...it's a good solid set.

Directions weren’t horrible but definitely could be better. Had to make a couple trips to the hardware store. Took a couple days. Haven’t even had it a full season and the stain is already washed away from the weather. (Pics attached) Not excited about having to restain it next year already! Wood is cheap, made some alterations in certain areas. It’s a nice set but not worth the price .

Hardware could be put into same size in one bag and not all in one bag and give you the right size screws for which the Instructions tell you to use. Took only one guy, me alone, that knows carpentry two days to put together. The delivery company ESTES was just absolutely HORRIBLE!! If the above text was better rating would be higher. Good bang for the buck though.

I am very happy with this playset. It took some time to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. We were missing a couple pieces, called the number on the instructions and they were very pleasant and sent out the two parts. My great granddaughter loves it. Recommend this.
