Heats up fast and the multi-functions, love the sleek design of cooktop.

Works great but glass surface is very fragile.

We installed it in Dec. 21, 1923. It has worked great but a glass spice jar was dropped on it and caused a major crack. It is not safe to use at this point. It didn't last a year. We like it but.... it should be more durable. It worked better than our former GE cooktop and was cheaper. But you get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed. No warranty that I can find from the manufacturer. Buy with caution!

Works great!

Heats up very quickly, love the bridge feature for canning. Only downside is that it shuts off after 2 hrs of use, and has to be restarted.

Started out ok, 2 years in, not so much

Bought 2 years ago. Worked ok. Had some caveats with the touch panel, but did ok. Smells really bad like burning electronics under the unit each time we use now. Just stopped mid cooking other day. Called Thor and can only request assistance through online. Sent my receipt and request. Conveniently they can't read my pdf receipt....hmmm.

This cook top looks great andnit was very easy to install, works great and was priced in a manner that nade it and a protection plan very affordable.

Good Value

One of the burners on my 20 year GE digital cook top burned out. Replacement parts were unavailable so a new cook top was needed. The GE replacement was $1200. The Thor was half the price and had one feature that set it apart from the competition - an 11" burner.

[Rewarded Review] Long wait for delivery and warranty repair !!!

Ordered on March 23, 2023, multiple delays on delivery (supposedly out-of-stock at Thor) so finally delivered and installed on May 8, 2023. Broke on January 23, 2024. Reported to Thor for warranty service on January 25, 2024. Total Appliance Service repair person came out promptly and found broken part so ordered from Thor. Guess what - Thor is out-of-stock on repair part. It is now February 19, 2024 and Thor says part still out-of-stock and doesn't know when it will be in stock. Cooktop was nice when it worked but should anyone have to wait that long for delivery and repair?

I decided to try this cooktop because all the other ones had mixed reviews. I am very happy with it no complaints. It also has a very sleek look. It also heats up very quickly which I love.
