I ordered a trim kit (shower only Delta) and receieved a multi diverter (bath tub fill) and I took back said valve ( per reading said was not a part of trim kit) wrong - I took said valeve back and Aaron (hope -that is correct) was so extremely helpful and couteous (although - calling the service desk in Sulphur Springs is a farce/joke. Put on hold after many calls of a disconnect. To me, this is a Manager's fault for letting employees get the frustration from customers due to lack of Managers understanding of what actual Customer Service "Means"

Fits the cartridge that comes with the Delta trim kit. Pricey for just a piece of brass but all of them are.

Damaged item

Part came to me broken. I called the number on the paperwork and was told they couldn't do a phone exchange, but I could do so at a store. Took it back to the store, but was told that it was a special order and that they could do a return, but not an exchange. I will have to reorder.

Adding to the house and bought this to match our Delta shower hardware for a fiberglass insert. So far so good! Easy to install and work well with the other Delta components.

This valve didn’t include the cartridge, without which it doesn’t work. I ended up having to buy a whole shower head kit to get the valve with the cartridge.

The brass body is very nice to sweat on copper and fittings. I’ve used them many times in the past and will continue to do so.
