small and powerful, but no way to wire it to a switch without taking the thing apart and needs thin walled metric sockets to do so.

This is one of my best buys. I put it in myself and it is so quiet I wondered if it was working. Love this and is small enough for me to handle. I replaced it myself with very little difficulty.

inspect carefully before assembly

I was sent a unit that had obviously been previously installed and then returned. One critical piece was missing and the one of the screw holes was damaged.

Box came broken and taped together on all sides - pieces of disposal were sticking out of the box and taped over. Upon opening box it was missing pieces and dusty - like it was used or refurbished.

Good quality/value product with nice features.

This thing works great and quieter than units that cost over twice as much. I like the removable rubber, never had one like that before.

Small size - looks good

The unit is small and doesn't take up much space. Its all black and the set up looks nice under the sink. Its super noisy when grinding, so I don't know why so many people rate it as quiet. Once it stops grinding it spins quietly though. As far as installation goes, my plumber was doing other work so he popped it in while he was at the house but had no complaints. He did comment that he never heard of the brand before. Will update in the future if there are any problems.
