The tank lid is chipped and dented. I'm waiting for Kohler to contact me and I hope they'll promptly provide a replacement.

The best comment I read about this toilet is that the neighbors will hear the flush, it's so true but doesn't bother us. We opted for the 1.6 GPF so we flush once and done.

Comfort Height is a winner

This toilet is really nice, but it's not as quiet as I would have hoped. It is a faster flush, but for a brief moment it's noisier then the 30 year old toilet it replaced. Also, the "white" is not a white white, almost an off white, but it was called white.

Toilet delivered is low profile... So loto the ground that anyone with knee or back problems would have a problem using it. Unfortunately we didnt know until it was installed. The picture is not indicative of the actual height. Very disappointed as this is in our guest half bath.

Upper rim of toilet was chipped upon arrival, and bowl had a scratch through the porcelain. Toilet works great and installation is easy, but shipping might not be the best route for a toilet.

Constant clogs

I absolutely hate this toilet. Our 5 year old plugs this toilet on a constant basis. The hole opening does not allow for a good plunger seal and we struggle to plunge with any success. This issue does not happen with any other bathroom in our home. Only with this new toilet. We’ve had it less than 6 months and we will be buying another new toilet because of the struggles we have had with it.

Easy install

The toilets shipped right away and were delivered within a couple of days. We installed the toilets ourselves (first time installing a toilet), which went smoothly for the most part. It was not clear that we needed to save the T-bolt from our previous toilet so we threw those away. In the middle of install, we had to go out and buy new T-bolts since they did not come with this toilet. Overall, we are very pleased with the new toilets!
