would give a 0 if possible. i bought this Velbay portable air conditioner $335.99 and a 4 year protection plan, $46.18. Have had it about 3 months and it quit cooling. protection plan won't do anything until a 1 year manufacture's warranty is up. Can't get information of how to contact manufacturer. just getting the run around. very disappointed with this purchase. Expensive lesson learned.
