Why not give us the equipment to charge the mill??

We have not yet been able to use the pepper mill since it did not include a charging plug. It is useless to us and I am still trying to find a plug to fit the cord so I can charge it. Doing it online has only left me frustrated cause I do not know the size. So it is not easy and I am going to send it back.

Classy delivery of a routine task. Of course $2 Salt and Pepper shakers work but these look so much better not to mention adding a consistent amount of spice to my dishes.

Terrible and very over priced

I bought a pair for salt and pepper. The white one which I was using for salt, stopped working in less than a year. Just wouldn't turn and grind anymore. Didn't keep my receipt as I was going solely on faith in the Zwilling name so unable to return. The black one is still going, but it is used less of course. From the beginning they both didn't grind well. There was no fine grind and I turned that little dial on the bottom all the way to the fine option. Luckily, I kept my 12$ electric grinder from Canadian Tire. That one works perfectly and grinds exceptionally fine. I can't say I am surprised. NOTHING is made well anymore. Quality doesn't exist anymore, just profit. Even Zwilling has followed suit. Keep ALL receipts and fight hard because there is a good chance that it will break.

Salt mill continuously clogs up

Bought this April 2024. Continuously clogs up, even after drying internals, new salt...Not working at all

ずっとラッセルホブズを使っていて胡椒は問題ないですがピンク岩塩のメーカーを変えたら回りにくくなり寿命かなと買い換えても全く回らず岩塩の細さが原因なのか分かりませんが、成城石井のピンク岩塩は大丈夫だったのにAmazonで大入りのものを大量購入したら全然ダメで、こちらのレビューでラッセルホブズから乗り換えたコメントを見て試してみたところ問題なく回りました。これで残りの大量岩塩を捨てずに済みます。

Totally disappointed. The blades for the pepper aren’t strong enough to grind the pepper small enough. The salt shaker I cannot unlock it to put salt in it. This is the worst purchase I ever ever made.

... drückt man versehentlich auf den Auslöser, wenn man die Mühle in die Hand nimmt. Der button sitzt nicht gerade optimal.

Very convenient and hygienic way to dispense

I got these electric salt and pepper mills because my recipes require mixing while seasoning i.e. I needed one free hand to mix my food while dispensing salt and pepper. I think it is more hygienic to touch the salt/pepper with one free hand while using the other hand to mix the seasoning in.

Awful

I can live with the small capacity but what I don’t like is it’s difficult to unlock/lock and load. In fact after unlocking a couple times it never locked back on correctly. It’s always askew. Also the grind is way too heavy. I was much finer at first but after a year it just gives an inconsistent grind. Would not recommend.

Ansich sind die Mühlen super. Nur funktioniert seid Kurzem die Salznühle nicht mehr richtig, da ein Kunstoffteil in dem oberen Bereich rundgelaufen ist
