Broken

I purchased the LW-1000 bidet about a yer ago and never opened till a few days ago because I was waiting to get my bathroom remodeled. My repairmen hooked it up andit leaked, I called them and they suggested a fix, followed and no good. They had no other suggestions other then to buy a warranty for 185.00. I paid 169.00.

Great bidet

This is the second bidet installed at my home, this slim two is easier to use comparing with first bidet from other vendor, and the function of slim two is exactly what I'm looking for. Temperature low-mid-high setting is pre-set to the right level, I can't be more satisfied with the money I spent on this one. The only suggestion that I can give is that I hope BIOBIDET can ship with one extra rubber gasket for water hose connection. The valve doesn't fit all the scenarios, one extra rubber gasket will do the trick in many cases.

Binder convenient use

I guess I would say every item has it own price. This bidet you can’t expect high with all the convenience functionality just because it’s affordable and on the right budget. If you spend thousand of dollar then you will get the luxurious ones. This is fair use, easy to install, nice looking with lights, and aiming is good. The delivery is quicker than I expected. So far, I’m happy with this bidet.

NOT RELIABLE

I have purchase 3 bio-Bidets, Two U770 models. I use it twice daily they seem to break after 3 years. The U770 STOP working on 2 of the 3 modes. It has great features. I'd rather have a bidet that last longer than 3 years.

Sear Splits (on TWO different ones)- poor design.

I bought two of these from Costco. One lasted about two years before it completely split in the back. The other didn’t even last 6 months before it started to crack. This model has a design flaw. Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! I have a standard round toilet, bought a round bidet, and this doesn't fit correctly. It's so far off, it's unusable.

Easy installation and great purchase!

This is the limousine of bidet seats. It is pricey compared to others, but you won't be disappointed. Having warm water and a dryer improves the personal value of the product. Cold water isn't the greatest.

Perfect Bathroom Upgrade

I purchased two of these bidet seats for my home with the intention of saving money on toilet paper. I never considered the hygiene aspect of a bidet, but now I can't go back to toilet paper. The bidet seats were easy to install and the warm water is a complete game changer. I will never go back to toilet paper again!

Refreshing

Got this for Christmas in 2023. I had put an outlet while back but never purchased bidet seat. It was an easy install and is used daily. I've wanted one for a long time and so glad I finally got one. The Biobidet Slim Two is a perfect choice!

Cracked, then more cracks

Within a year the first crack happened on the seat. Contacted Bio Bidet, they sent me replacement seat. After a year it cracked again. Now 2 years later, just replaced the whole thing recently and found numerous cracks behind and underneath.

Best Bidet Ever

This is our 3rd BioBidet. The first one provided by the VA had a malfunction during the warranty period & customer service was quick to decide that it should be replaced at no cost. That one lasted at least 8 years. This purchase is a replacement for the warranty provided one because the warranty was up. The bidet is always well performing and easy to install and use.

Great for a little while

We bought this back when Covid lock down started. Very shortly later noticed it discolored easy... now it barely sends out any water, its been making awful creaking noises for months and generally is just awful now.\n\nRecommends this product ✘ No\nOriginally posted on Bio Bidet LW-1000 Smart Bidet Toilet Seat

Disappointed

I bought my bidet a little over a year ago. Though the mechanics of it have worked as expected & do the job well, the structure & construction of the seat and lid has been disappointing to say the least. First I will discuss the construction of the seat itself. This may be something that doesn't bother most, but due to my circumstances, I have first hand experience in needing to completely clean & sanitize this seat. It became apparent right away that the many grooves in the seat are extremely hard to clean feces out of & get sanitary. I hope this is just an oversight on the part of the designers and will be coŕected in future models. The biggest issue is the material used to construct the bidet. The seat, lid & even the casing for the mechanical & computer parts of rhetorical bidet are all made of plastic. This may not be a problem for someone of small stature. But I am overweight, my daughters are heavier than I am & my husband outweighs all of us by at least 200 lbs. This means the structure of the seat should be very sturdy. Your bidet seat is not. Cracks in the seat started developing within 6 mos. of purchase, and are so bad now that I have to replace the bidet. I would love to add pictures, but they are on my phone, not my tablet.

Great but short life

Phenomenal experience getting to use one, but only lasts 3 years. Purchased in 2020 and Mostly dead in 3 years. Slowly parts began to fail like the soft close lid, then the "massage" function, and then the water heater. Now its just a seat warmer and basic cold water bidet. Its in a 2 person home, so it wasn't getting overused. At msrp I wouldn't say that its worth $100/year. It was great while it lasted but I couldn't recommend it

3 strikes!

Strike 1, you can ONLY clean the toilet seat with water and soft cloth. Do they not know what all happens to a toilet seat?

Love, love, love it

After going on a cruise and using a bidet when we came home we had to have one. We purchased the HD 7000 elongated seat. There are so many things about it that I enjoy but mostly I love the heated seats and the light. The bidet is a very quiet running and self cleaning. I think the next one we purchase will be the remote controlled one but not until this one fails which I don’t think it will.

Sons birthday is coming up!

This is my second Bio Bidet. This Slim Two model has more functions. And here in lovely Minnesota having a nice warm heated seat and warm water use...is a real comfort. Truly think everyone in cold climates would love this Bio Bidet...yes my house is heated but a never enough on the 2nd floor. Plan to make a Slim Two a gift for my sons birthday he had purchased cold water spray hose for his toilet...can not image using COLD warm.

Poor quality product

Purchased two bidets in early 2020. Both worked okay for two years, and then one of them had a severe internal leakage. My guess is, one of the internal O-rings failed due to which water started leaking from inside to outside. Basically, the unit became completely inoperable. When contacted customer service, instead of assisting, they asked me to pay for repair equaling the value of the bidet itself PLUS the shipping charge. Beware, this manufacturer makes a cheap low quality product that lasts only two years !!

Great features but watch out for failing parts

This was the second bidet seat we purchased for our home. It had great features and was a good price. Unfortunately, after only owning the bidet for 2 years, the lid damper failed. There is no way to just purchase a new damper so you have to get a whole seat. The cost was about 25% of what I paid for the bidet when I bought it. Also, the inside spray wand is already corroding. Seems like such a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.
