Great toilet, smart looking, flushes well.

Wish I knew ahead of time!

It's a beautiful toilet and we were having a complete remodel of our bathroom, new flooring and everything. the problem I have with the toilet is that it says it has a 12 in rough in which is pretty much standard and it wasn't! It was a 10 inch rough opening. Which means we would have to tear up part of our new flooring and move the flange and rough in so that the toilet could sit up next to the wall. When you are paying for a perfect bathroom and then have something like that go wrong. It is unsettling. Otherwise I would have given the toilet a 5 star review. It is truly beautiful. Make sure the specs get changed for this toilet please. So that other people don't have to go through this.

It's comfortable to sit on and love the low flush.

The unit arrived two days prior to HD's suggested date, so that was fun having to reschedule the plumbers.

Wonderful, what an upgrade from builder basic!

The one piece is the way to go! This toilet looks gorgeous in the two remodeled bathrooms. It's also quality all around. Solid, sturdy, and really exceeds all my expectations!!

Does Not Flush

I purchased four of these toilets for light commercial use. They look great although smaller in size than the ones replaced. However, these toilets DO NOT FLUSH unless you hold the lever down for 2 seconds. Extremely frustrating especially given the multi-user setting. American Standard offered to send replacement valves but said you NEED THE HOLD DOWN THE LEVER for two seconds for it to flush. This is unacceptable. No issue with my TOTOs.

Great Flushing

I haven't looked at other sites but there were only three reviews here and only one had much of a description so here's one to offset that one. :) I purchased one of these in 2017 I think and that was after doing a significant amount of research. I wanted a quality toilet which did its main job which was to flush and clean the toilet but preferably, with low water usage.

Best toilet

This is by far the best toilet I’ve ever had the flush is great and strong I will be replacing the two other toilets I have with this one Lone it.

Solid and easy to install. I love the clean lines, and the base of the entire toilet makes it easy to clean. This was a fantastic choice - I bought one for each baht at the house!

Best toilet around

Outstanding toilet. Never requires a second flush, despite using a fraction of the water of most toilets. This is the third one I have bought of this exact model. (Two for a previous home.) Worth every penny. Looks great.

Very Elegant

I love the look of this toilet and the right-handed flush. The fact that it is chair height makes sitting more comfortabe with my back pain. The slow-slose seat is sturdy and made well, and it is definitely slow closing; lid and seat. The flush is strong and not unusually loud.

Great commode choice

Client is very happy with this commode. It’s well made, easy to clean, flushes well and it’s a great compromise between traditional and contemporary. The seat is not comfortable at all, but we counted on replacing it with something soft anyway, so not a big deal.

I’d buy again

The lid is really nice and heavy compared to the Kohler version. My hubby said the working parts are better on the Kohler.
