We have ordered 3 of these toilets. The last two both came broken. It has been very frustrating. We finally managed to put in our toilet using the unbroken pieces from both of the toilets. We were asked to return the broken toilet, so now we will be returning the broken pieces from both toilets. :(
Bought this for my new tiny bathroom (not finished) and the height is perfect, not so short like average toilet. I love the dual flush and size overall! Got it Open Box sale so it was a great price too!

The toilet is well made. I can’t to install another piece of the our bathroom redo. Delivery was on time as promised. Every aspect of my shopping experience with Wayfair has been positive and would recommend them to anyone for any type of home improvement.
Parts were broken and I had to purchase a new float valve and flush button. Very unhappy ☹️
The dual flush is wonderful. Easy install the seat was a little difficult to install different than any other I have used took patience to get it lined up.
This was a surprising find! It has a comfortable height and a dual flush, which is a great water saver, and all at a super price! Like so many home reno products, toilet shopping is a baffling proposition, with so many options. Finding this DeerValley at the right price with a strong flush and good height at first seemed too good to be true. Once installed and working perfectly, I decided to purchase two more. Excellent find!
The toilet arrived broken. I called to get it replaced and was told would received it in 10 and after 15 business days still no replacement
I be only had it install a couple weeks ago but so far I really like it. Meets all my expectations and is nice and compact.
Sorry but the photo does not reflect the actual quality. The color of the ceramic is not pure white but greyish. I had to return it.
