Your website says Elongated Toilet Seat that’s what I ordered. Received a Round Toilet Seat that naturally does not fit. Called directly to manufacturer who informed me this item only comes in Round. They do not even make this particular one in Elongated. Called to discuss naturally your systems were down. Finally did return online dropped off at FedX

Well made and BEAUTIFUL, love the classic waterfall/art deco design of the 1920's, and sturdy also, it's solid wood underneath, it will go the distance I'm sure and will last for quite awhile.
I had this seat before and liked so when I saw it, I immediately ordered it.
The lid has a black scratch on it. If it didn’t, it would be awesome. I love the design. I’m not sending it back. I’ll buy touch up paint although I shouldn’t have to do so. This isn’t the first flawed item I’ve bought from wayfair! I’m starting to believe they sell rejected items. Not happy with my purchases here!
