Superb little roller maker
I've always wanted to make ice cream rolls, but never quite figured out how to do it. This is exactly what I wanted. It took some trial and error with the right type of mixture (I use more than 30% fat) to work for this style of ice cream. Took little fat and it tends to be brittle and not rollable. The machine itself is perfect. Cools the top plate very quickly once turned on. Make sure you're ready to go when it starts to freeze. Overall a great party centerpiece. I bring it to other dinner parties as well and do tableside ice cream rolls. Everyone loves it.

Product does not work. It was a horrible $300 in the garbage. After staying on for 15-20 minutes it barely freezes the edges and the center doesnt freeze at all. If u are in the mood to make milkshakes on a $300 tray go for it! If no save yourself the money and the headache beacuse it does not work!!!

Freezes very quickly and makes amazing ice cream. Don't forget the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. You'll be off to the races. The technique to roll ice cream isn't easy though. Put one spatula in front almost straight up and down with the other one behind at and angle that can actually scrape it off the pan. Once you've gotten the hang of it it's still a blast and makes custom yummy deserts over and over again.
Was really excited for this. It is really the only electric portable ice cream roll maker on the market. Unfortunately, it isn't as cold as it should be. Takes a very long time to get the ice cream cold enough to roll
