Easy Install, works perfectly and quietly. Also, half the size of my old AC and works just as well. Did I mention it's stylish? Truly happy with this product and plan to buy more for other rooms next summer!

The best solution

We needed an air conditioner for our kitchen. We operate a cottage bread bakery and run ovens in the summer. The 10,000 BTU unit has worked perfectly.

WOW! This is the greatest window AC I have ever owned. It's quiet, cools the room nicely and even looks nice. The filter is easy to access, magnetically attaches to the front. The only (minor) drawbacks are I still haven't figured out how to set it or use the remote. I'm not super tech savvy and it included detailed installation instructions, but no manual. I haven't taken the time to research online. Also, the air only comes from the top and sides, but it still cools well. It just blow directly on you, but I imagined they did that so it wouldn't, lol.

I was exceptionally pleased with my Windmill purchase. Unit was especially quiet and very easy to install, and the Wi-Fi app was incredibly easy to use.

Very expensive AC that breaks

I had this AC do about 2 years and one day it decided to start beeping and changing setting by itself. No telling when it was going to and it would start in the middle of the night and keep us up for hours. Took a month to have customer service to replace it and I had to pay to have it installed again. Would not recommend.

Perfect Product

I bought an AC unit from these guys and it was SO worth spending an extra couple bucks to get something insanely durable, and also quiet. I was shocked to see how quiet it is even on the highest setting, and is really kind to my electric bill too. Super duper recommended.

It’s rare to come across a small business, and most times businesses in general, whose customer service is top tier in efficiency. That’s not the case with Windmill. They’ve always been quick to answer any questions I’ve had and helped me through my purchasing. Buying their AC has been one of the best investments I’ve made for the year of 2024! I’m looking forward to buying their Air Filter and excited to see what other products they’ll produce in the near future. Their service is just as great as their products!
