Poor quality control.

Tub came broken and damage to the finish. It looks like it was this way from the factory and not an issue with shipping. Kohler logo on tub was turned as an example of the lack of quality control.

Nice tub- added some insulation to keep the water warm longer. Very long tub, and narrower on the inside.

It is HUGE!

We love the tub! It is perfect for us. My husband is over 6 foot and it is very relaxing for him.

Great, large, soaking tub

This tub has a wide and deep soaking area. You could practically swim in it. In fact, a small child could swim in it. The material is acrylic coated fiberglass and the front apron is reinforced with plywood, so it's not flimsy. The tub we replaced felt flimsy and hollow. Every time I moved it seemed to echo through the walls and floor. This one feels solid and it seems to hold heat well. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the description says there are several places to put a deck mounted faucet and that's not completely true. I was originally going to put the faucet in the corner but there is a support underneath every corner that would make it difficult (though not impossible) to mount a faucet there. We ended up putting it along the back wall, so the gooseneck faucet sticks out kinda far into the tub. My husband and I were able to install it ourselves without much trouble but we do have prior experience setting tubs. A reviewer on a different site complained that the edges curve in and she could not place shampoo bottles or decorative items. It's true that the edges are visibly slanted in, but unless you are storing marbles, I don't think anything is going to slide off. On a side note; when we picked up the tub from the store, the box was in good condition, but inside the shrink wrap was so scratched up and torn, it looked like they dragged the tub across the factory floor. Amazingly, under the protective wrap, the tub was fine.

Avoid buying.

Very poor quality, corner cracked during installation. Had to repurchase another bath.

It is huge. Arrived quickly after purchase. Still hasn’t been used, but hoping to soon. Definitely lacking back support so will be buying some tub pillows.

Amazing, big tub. Bottom is a bit smooth which I appreciate because it is easier to clean but does make it a bit slippery.

The install really worried me as I'm just a homeowner with no formal training. It was difficult to maneuver the tub into the space of our already built home with a helper because of the sharp/rough texture of the fiberglass underneath. I was concerned about the tub being off balance and needing to add material under the four 'feet' to avoid rocking. No worries as was perfectly balanced from factory. The material is thick - I went name brand to avoid cracking because I have small children who will kick/jump. I did actually drop the tub a bit during install and was no worse for wear, so I highly recommend.

I purchased this for a house I am building. I have not been able to use as of yet. This tub for the money was a perfect fit and look. Can not add picture yet as tub is not finished.

[Rewarded Review] Great tub, great feel

Tub is fantastic. I was worried about the oval shape, but we wanted places to stick shampoo bottles and things without one of those metal wire things, so this was a great option. The bottom is both comfy for baths, and good texture for taking a shower. Relatively light and super sturdy - it was surprisingly easy to install. (And being able to choose our own drain and drain type versus having to get a specific special-made one, like some other tubs, saved money on cost and let us get something to match our tub and shower trim kit.)

[Rewarded Review] Nice Tub

I purchased the item and after getting it home read the instructions. You need to be a really handy person to install this item. It requires mortar to set the tub in. This was not expected so be warned for those wanting to install this item. The tub is really nice and roomy but is a challenge to install.

We really like this tub. The first one was cracked in the bottom, which we did not find until it was being installed. Returned it to Home Depot and they ordered another a replacement with no hassle.

Mounted faucet in corner. Due to the supporting bracket on the tub, had to mount slightly off. Very comfortable sitting in, good angle on my back. Would buy again.

The first tub that came was damaged, it was not discovered until it was about to be installed in our home. The second one has arrived but I do not know the condition of it as we will not see it until next week.

Great Drop-in Tub, Tricky drain install

This is a great drop-in tub - the squared edges make for easy coordination with a solid surface / countertop installation for a tub surround. The only issue we had was with the Kohler drain assembly that's speced for this tub. It was difficult to install and caused issues in testing for inspections. In retrospect, we should have gone with a generic tub drain as it would have fit just fine.

I was amazed this item was shipped to my front door! Living in southeast Alaska, it can be difficult to have items delivered; however, this came to my house undamaged and in reasonable time. We are in the process of installing and look forward to many long years of enjoyment.

Measurements included on website were spot-on and helpful in allowing us to choose the right tub to fit in our alcove. The tub is beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. We are still in rebuild mode so we have not had a chance to use it.
