I had ordered the vent hood in anticipation of gathering all I needed for my kitchen renovation. Believe it or not it took 3 months for the cabinets to be made so just now starting the job. The contractor opened the boxes. The vent is as ordered however the chimney is of a different metal. My vent is stainless steel. The chimney might be a bronze? It doesn’t match. What do o do at this point?

My kitchen is under renovation since march, today was the last step. The worker installed this range. It was properly inside the box since when it arrived. I just got home and saw it ! It is not fingerprint resistant and also looks all scratched! I just hated! If I had seen before I would definitely made a return and ask for a refund. I am going to clean and polish with a proper fiber cloth. Later I sen the picture,but so far I do not recommend. I just hope it works fine.

I really like the look of the hammered “copper” hood against my red brick chimney. I didn’t really the chimney to the hood would have to be cut to fit the proper height. When the metal worker cut it, the “paint” chipped off at the cut since it is over galvanized metal, not true copper. (I didn’t want real copper.) The included rim around the top (crown) covered it, though. Now installed, all seems to be working great. Have used twice so far.

Love the way this looks in my kitchen. The only thing that was a concern is that HD advertised it as convertible, which it is not. ZLine Customer Service helped me figure out exactly what was missing and helped fix the problem. You do need to order additional parts, which I did. So it works as needed.

Would be great if it worked

We bought this range hood and were pleased initially. It looks great and works except for the LED light transformer which failed right away, in the first few weeks. We have been trying to contact ZLinefor warranty and either are only able to leave a voicemail or told to submit a claim online, which we have done. More than once. Never a person to talk to, never a response.
