Faulty faucet - read reviews

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. From the get go, the diverter was not working. When the spray function is used, the faucet should turn off. This was not the case. VIGO sent a second diverter. I took apart the faucet, changed the diverter, put back together - same issue. Was told they were going to send me another diverter, then denied - until I proved to them with photos that I had actually changed the original diverter…REALLY? I did what they asked. I feel bad for people who may not be handy - as they are spending hundreds of dollars on a plumber. The latest is that now they want me to purchase a water pressure tester, and send a photo of my water pressure. Not going to do that… I returned the product - and purchased and installed a new faucet from Kraus. Works awesome! No water pressure test required…

Great faucet, looks sharp and is sturdy. Just be mindful of the height, it is very tall for a kitchen faucet.

No where near as nice as the photo shown on the web site. The spring holding the sprayer is crudely manufactured and we're considering relegating the unit to our laundry room. The spring does not fit properly and does not sit perfectly vertical as shown in the picture. The spring is also crudely manufactured. The pot filler could have been a little longer. After 3 years of use I’ve had to replace the handle and much of the “SS” is now discolouring. I would not recommend buying this unit.

Vigo is no help

We've had this faucet for a little over 3 years and have contacted their cust. serv. over 7 times for replacement parts. Jay Estrada, a cust. serv. rep. has told me I now have to take the faucet apart for the 5th time (his 3 other recommendations proved not to work) and take out the diverter valve which he says, "It should definitely work". It did not solve the issues of very low water pressure, low flow and pulsing flow out of the pot filler.

paid to have plumber install this replacement faucet. The diverter is broken. We'll see how well Vigo follows through with a replacement part. Spent 30 mins online, provided video of problem and copy of receipt. Vigo rep emailed me to re-request the same info. So, until I receive the replacement part, will have to keep this as a 1 star

Poor faucet with even worse customer service

Faucet will eventually discolor. When contacting customer service they give you a run around and then ghost you. I would never purchase another item from this company.

Poor Quality

Faucet diverter does not work so it won't switch from pot filler to sprayer. I have tried a replacement which failed as well. I has the plumber out twice to install them, You have to have a specific water pressure 50-60 psi or have plumber costs of adjust home water pressure. Still trying to get a refund

Bad customer experience

Purchased 2 faucets. One worked and one sprayer did not. Contacted the company. Jay was nice and after send him two videos it was determined that the diverted was band and he would send me a new one for $15.

This is the second Vigo faucet we purchased. The first lasted a few years before leaking all over the place. The Zurich looks really nice, but has been nothing but a headache. It whistled from the very beginning if the water pressure was decent, so had to turn the pressure down to where the sprayer wasn't worth using. After a week, the sprayer stopped working completely. Vigo sent a replacement diverter, but that didn't change anything. At this point, the only way I'll use a Vigo again is if they send a replacement faucet for free. The Vigo customer service has been the only saving grace. They've been very responsive and knowledgeable

Modern look in style and cost effective

Modern look, in style and cost effective

This was bought to replace a Kraus faucet that failed. It was easier to adapt to my portable dishwaher hookup, no adapting required just remove the aerator and it is good to go. Also seems much sturdier and also has a way to keep the spray running in hands free mode which is useful. I like the look and it is easy to clean. Also I installed it myself! I have had it a couple of months.

Vert nice quality. Stainless steel, looks great with farmhouse sink! It's made very well. Great add to my farmhouse kitchen. Match great with the farmhouse theme.

I did a lot of research on faucets. So happy that I picked this one. I wanted a faucet that was heavy duty, so many of them feel like they are plastic. You are afraid to pull on them. Not this one. Plus it is looks great! One of my favorite things I bought for our kitchen remodel. I will forever buy Vigo products!

Appearance is fantastic, works like a charm, plenty of room to wash, rinse and clean like a pro. Purchased a new modern sink as well which aids to the beauty. So far, I’d purchase again.
