Broken heating element
It worked fine for about a month and was perfect for my daily teapot but the heating element stopped working so I had to recycle.
A couple of minor design flaws
The lid release button is a little too high; I can't press it while lifting the kettle by the handle. If I hold the handle too high, steam will hit my hand when I pour. Not enough to burn, but it's not comfortable. Otherwise, it heats the water quickly and the blue LEDs are tres chic.
